MeowBreathe

Mochi is a small cat who calls you for three slow breaths. Tap Mochi on the home screen and it says hello. When you are busy, it is easy to hold your breath without noticing. MeowBreathe gives you a cat companion with a name, who calls you a few times a day and breathes with you. Then Mochi purrs. MOCHI LEARNS YOU • After a session, one tap says how it felt: tight, same or softer • Journey shows what helps you, from your own taps • A short weekly letter from Mochi about your week together • Quick sessions for the moment: Before a call, Can't sleep, Screen break and Between tasks • Start from Siri, Shortcuts or the Action button MOCHI'S CALLS • Choose the hours, how often and on which days • See today's calls before they happen and listen to each sound before you pick it • Tap a call to go straight into three breaths, or ask for it again in 10 minutes • Pick the sound: a meow, a short meow, a sleepy or soft purr, or silent THREE BREATHS • A short session paced by a soft wave sound, gentle haptics on iPhone and a glowing light that swells and settles • Mochi breathes with you and purrs when you finish • Three patterns free: long exhale, box breathing and 4-7-8 • The sound keeps playing when you lock your device • Optional: save your breathing time to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes WIND DOWN • A slow, dark session for bedtime that ends on its own • A warm glow keeps the rhythm while the screen dims • Optional purring while you settle WIDGETS • Start three breaths from your Home Screen or Lock Screen • On iPhone, Wind down shows a Live Activity on your Lock Screen MEOWBREATHE PLUS (OPTIONAL) • Calls that learn you: calls move toward the times you answer, and Mochi tells you why • See what helps you, week after week: your calmest hours and what works best • A pace that fits you: tuned from how each session felt, plus your own patterns • The full weekly letter • Make Mochi yours: breeds, cushions and rooms, by day and at night, and a cozy winter room in the cold months • Sounds and sleep extras: rain, fireplace, crickets, forest, stream, soft music and white noise, a purr that fades out after Wind down, and Wind down from 3 to 15 minutes Always free: Mochi's calls, three breaths, Wind down, the feeling tap with your last 7 days, the short weekly letter, quick sessions and the 3 breaths widget. MeowBreathe Plus is offered as a yearly subscription, with a free trial for eligible new subscribers, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The yearly subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. No account and no ads. Your cat's name, your calls and your session history stay on this device, unless you choose to save your breathing time to Apple Health or turn on Sync with iCloud. Sync with iCloud is optional: it keeps a copy of your cat and breathing history in your own iCloud, and your calls always stay on each device. Anonymous usage stats help improve the app and can be turned off in the app. MeowBreathe is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prevent or manage any health condition. If breathing exercises make you feel unwell, stop and talk to a doctor.
