You are the last one on the floor. Reorg is a twenty-minute survivors-like set in an office after everyone else has gone home. You move with one thumb and everything you carry fires on its own. Interns tailgate in behind you, meeting invites split into three when you kill them, reply-all chains grow every time you break one, and the printer just sits there and takes up the room. Stay alive until the night ends. THE REORG Partway through every run the game stops and asks you to give something up. A weapon, an upgrade, or a level off the thing you have been building all run. You can push back and keep it all, but it costs health you do not get back. Nothing is free. There are seven different Reorgs, and the one you get decides whether the back half of the run is a rout or a scramble. Most games in this genre only ever hand you more. This one takes things away. THE BUILDING Two floors, and they are not reskins of each other. The office at night is lamplight and monitor glow over dark carpet. The server room underneath it is close to black, lit in cyan and red, with a long aisle of racks leading to a core that hums. You unlock it by earning it. Six bosses run the night. Standup closes a ring around wherever you were standing. Performance Review audits you from range. The Q4 Deadline is a wall. The Org Chart rearranges the floor into lanes. All-Hands brings everyone. At the end, the Reorg itself, in three phases, taking a weapon between each one. THE LADDER You start as the Intern, because everyone does. Survive long enough and you get promoted: IT, then Sales, then Manager, and HR is in there somewhere too. Five characters, each with their own starting weapon. It is a career, not a shop. You unlock people by playing, not by grinding a currency. Eight weapons, seven of which evolve when you pair them with the right perk. A stapler that stops caring about armor. Coffee that turns into cold brew and keeps growing. A reply-all chain that never ends. THE HOLD MUSIC The soundtrack is corporate hold music, and it does not stay on hold. Early in a run it sounds the way it does on the phone, thin and far away. As the night gets worse the filter comes off and the song walks into the room with you. No ads. No in-app purchases. No account or login. Finished, not a live service. Plays offline, in portrait, in the time it takes to ride four stops. Clock in.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Reorg at none against Solitaire Classic Lite's shown. Reorg also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 6 days). Solitaire Classic Lite's advantage is ratings volume (493 vs 3) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
