Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Brainrot at 4.5 against Noor Focus's 3.0. Brainrot also leads on ratings volume (23K vs 2) and update cadence (every 6 days vs monthly). Noor Focus's advantage is monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and review sentiment (50% vs 18%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Brainrot sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Noor Focus sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Brainrot holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brainrot has 23K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of Brainrot's written reviews are positive against 50% of Noor Focus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Brainrot ships an update every 6 days, Noor Focus monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
