GingR

50 kg on a thin cable is not 50 kg on a thick one. Most training apps only know the name of the exercise. GingR knows the equipment. THE BAR COUNTS You enter what is on the plates. GingR knows which bar your gym keeps and adds it — Olympic, women's, EZ, trap, or one you defined yourself. THIN AND THICK ARE NOT THE SAME Cable towers are kept apart by their resistance. Bands are an order, not an invented kilo figure: progress is the lighter band. MACHINES REMEMBER THEIR SETTINGS Seat height, foot position, grip, pulley height, attachment. Next time it is already filled in. LEFT AND RIGHT, LOGGED APART Switch it on per exercise. Each side keeps its own records, and the analysis tells you when one side falls behind. ASSISTED MACHINES COUNT DOWN Less assistance is more work. GingR takes your body weight minus the assistance and celebrates the record in the direction it actually runs. EVERY VARIANT KEEPS ITS OWN HISTORY Charts, records and history belong to the variant, not to the exercise name. Nothing gets averaged together that was never the same lift. ALSO IN THE BOX - 500 exercises in the catalogue, plus the ones you add - Routines, supersets, a rest timer with sound - Records, trophies and a rank per muscle group - Body weight, measurements and photos; the photos stay on the phone - Weekly volume, a muscle heatmap, estimated 1RM - CSV import from Hevy and Strong - CSV and JSON export, whenever you want - A home screen widget for your week and your streak - Apple Health: workouts out, body weight in, if you want it FRIENDS, AND ONLY YOURS A friendship starts with an invite code and no other way. No strangers, no discover tab, no suggestions. You see the workouts of the people you invited, you can comment, send a routine, and set a weekly goal together. What you share is your decision — and switching sharing off deletes the copy on the server instead of hiding it. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED The app runs offline and without signing in. An account is for sync and for friends. Sign in later and your whole history comes with you. No ads, no usage tracking. English and German.
