ScanQueue is the staff app for businesses that run their queues, bookings, and walk-ins with ScanQueue. See your whole operation live, call the next guest, and keep every counter moving — from the phone in your pocket or an iPad at the counter. EVERYTHING LIVE, EVERYWHERE Every device sees the same queue in real time. A walk-in added at the front desk appears instantly on every phone and tablet — and when the connection wavers, ScanQueue automatically falls back to polling and tells you exactly what mode it's in. No stale screens, no guessing. RUN THE QUEUE • Call next — globally or per counter, with call-ahead stacking • Add walk-ins with your own form fields, party sizes, and notes • No-show grace timers with automatic holding and one-tap recall • Reorder, move to front, or switch a guest to another counter • Resend notifications, restore served guests, adjust wait-time delay • Search and filter by name, party size, phone, or email BOOKINGS • Day and week calendar across your counters • Book for a customer with a live slot picker — including recurring bookings • Check in a booking straight into the queue, reschedule with a tap LIVE CAPACITY • Welcome, ready, and checked-in flows for capacity-driven venues • Occupancy stats at a glance BUILT FOR THE COUNTER • Phone layout for staff on the move, tablet layout for front-of-house • The screen stays awake on the queue — perfect for a counter iPad • Owner sign-in, or fast staff sign-in with your team PIN ScanQueue is free to download and is designed for businesses using ScanQueue. Guests never need an app — they join your queue by scanning a QR code and get notified by SMS, email, or WhatsApp when it's their turn.
