Simply tap the “Add Record” button to log your sleep by inputting your sleep start time, wake-up time, and the number of times you woke up during the night. SleepTracker calculates and stores all your sleep data locally, ensuring your privacy. With a clean, user-friendly design, the app also provides a “History” section where you can view your past sleep records, including the sleep times, duration, and date. You can delete any record with a simple swipe. A privacy disclaimer is available in the top-right corner, explaining that no data is collected beyond local storage, and reference links are included for further transparency. SleepTracker is perfect for anyone looking to track their sleep habits and make improvements for a better night’s rest.
