Simply tap the “Add Record” button to log your sleep by inputting your sleep start time, wake-up time, and the number of times you woke up during the night. SleepTracker calculates and stores all your sleep data locally, ensuring your privacy. With a clean, user-friendly design, the app also provides a “History” section where you can view your past sleep records, including the sleep times, duration, and date. You can delete any record with a simple swipe. A privacy disclaimer is available in the top-right corner, explaining that no data is collected beyond local storage, and reference links are included for further transparency.
