Goonova helps men take control of porn and masturbation habits without shame and without day zero. Quit if you want to stop for good. Cut back if you want less often. Take control if you want to decide when it happens, instead of the urge deciding for you. Change your goal anytime. Most habit apps wipe your progress when you slip and send you back to day zero. Goonova does not. A slip is a log. Your history stays. Your progress keeps moving forward. No shame. No day zero. LOG. SCORE. PLAN. Log a session. See your GNV control score move. Get a plan based on your logs: what is working, what is holding you back, and what to try next. Aimed at quit, cut back, or take control. Not a multi-week recovery script. A plan built from what you actually logged. YOUR CONTROL SCORE (GNV) GNV is your control score from 0 to 100. It is not a purity score and not a streak. After each log you rate Energy, Mindfulness, and Satisfaction. GNV moves with honesty. A slip can lower the score. It does not erase what came before. HOW IT WORKS 1. Log a session. Live on your phone, or add it later. Watch is optional. 2. Rate Energy, Mindfulness, and Satisfaction. 3. Watch GNV move (your control score, 0 to 100). 4. Read your insight report: reflection plus a plan based on your logs for what to try next. WHEN THE URGE HITS Open Tools and Ride the urge. Breathe. If you still choose a session, log it. Honest data beats a perfect streak. BUILT FOR PRIVACY Your data belongs to you. We never sell it. Share Milestone, GNV, or stats only if you turn sharing on. PHONE FIRST Everything you need works on iPhone. Apple Watch can add more(SPM) if you want. Never required. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
