Kassify makes managing your team fund simple, transparent and quick. Record fines, payments, income and expenditure directly on your iPhone or Watch– no registration required and without the need for your own Kassify server. Every member can see at a glance what’s still outstanding. Instead of having to laboriously compile individual items, Kassify creates a clear summary for each member. If you need more details, you can also share a detailed, itemised report. **Key features:** - Create and manage multiple team funds separately - Organise members and roles clearly - Create your own categories and penalty lists - Record fixed penalties, amounts per minute or per unit - Assign multiple penalties in a single step - Document payments, balances, income and expenditure - Automatically calculate outstanding amounts per member - Share summaries or detailed reports - Generate statistics and CSV exports - Export and restore local backups - Fully usable without a Kassify user account **Team funds on your wrist** With the optional Watch extension, you can record fines directly on your wrist – handy during training, on match days or whilst on the move. Entries are synchronised via your paired iPhone and transferred to the team funds. The Watch extension is available as a monthly subscription. **Local and offline-first** Your fund, membership and transaction data are stored locally on your device. Kassify does not operate its own cloud or analytics server for this purpose. Exports and shared reports are only transferred to other apps or people if you initiate this yourself. Kassify is suitable for sports teams, clubs, leisure groups, team trips and any teams wishing to manage a shared fund transparently. The free basic version includes all team cash box functions. The only feature subject to a charge is the optional Watch extension. Terms of Use: https://sd-projects.com/kassify/nutzungsbedingungen Privacy Policy: https://sd-projects.com/kassify/datenschutz
