About

Next Round

A little stronger. Every round. Next Round is a simple interval timer for HIIT, Tabata, and your own work-rest sessions. Set your rhythm, press start, and let a double boxing bell tell you when it is time to move. YOUR PACE, YOUR RULES Start with HIIT or Tabata, then adjust work time, rest time, rounds, and a short preparation countdown. Each preset remembers your settings. The final work round ends your session without an extra rest. CLEAR AT A GLANCE A large countdown sits inside a clean progress dial. Lime means work; blue means rest. See your round and what comes next. Your screen stays awake while the timer runs in the app. HEAR YOUR NEXT MOVE An original double boxing bell marks interval changes, with a longer finish bell and optional haptics. Bells use your media volume, including in Silent Mode, and continue when your phone is locked. KEEP YOUR PLACE Pause, resume, skip an interval, or end the session. Your current timer survives leaving or reopening the app. A Live Activity mirrors your current interval countdown and round, with pause and resume on the Lock Screen. Dynamic Island is supported on compatible iPhones. Workout audio keeps the timer and bells running when locked. Calls and disconnected headphones pause the session. Optional local notifications add visual interval banners. If you force-quit the app, reopen it to restore your timer. JUST YOU AND THE TIMER No account, ads, subscriptions, or tracking. Your settings stay on your iPhone and are excluded from backups. No internet connection is needed to run your timer. Made for your next little effort.
