“Random Reminder” is a new focus method designed to help you enter deep focus quickly. More than 400 people worldwide use it every second. With this method, you can stay focused for up to 90 minutes, improve your attention and memory, and enter a flow state more easily. == A New Focus Method == - Set a sound to play at random intervals (e.g., every 3–5 minutes). - Each time you hear the reminder sound, immediately close your eyes and rest for 10 seconds. - Then return to your work or study and continue focusing. Repeat this process until the 90-minute session ends. - After 90 minutes, take a 20-minute break. == Based on Four Core Principles == ■ Neural Replay During micro-breaks, your brain "replays" recently learned information at high speeds, improving memory retention and learning performance. ■ Variable Ratio Reinforcement Randomized feedback keeps the brain’s dopamine system engaged. Not knowing exactly when the next sound will occur maintains a healthy level of alertness and motivation. ■ Zeigarnik Effect Briefly interrupting a task creates a psychological "open loop." This makes your brain more eager to complete the task, helping you dive back in more effectively. ■ Ultradian Rhythms (90/20 Rule) The human brain naturally operates in 90-minute high-frequency cycles. Following this rhythm prevents burnout and maximizes mental endurance. ====== Personal growth website: https://zeenzeen.com Creator: 择恩 ====== “Random Reminder” can be downloaded and used for free. About

MarkCove

MarkCove is a free Markdown viewer for Mac, iPhone and iPad. Read tables, syntax-highlighted code, math formulas and Mermaid diagrams in a clean, comfortable layout. MarkCove never edits or saves over your original file. To change a document, open it in a separate text editor. Reading preferences and folder permissions are the only information MarkCove saves. macOS: Select a Markdown file and press Space for a quick preview. Open it in MarkCove when you want a little more room. iOS / iPadOS: Choose a Markdown file from the document browser, including iCloud Drive and supported Files providers. You can also open Markdown documents in MarkCove from Files. MarkCove reads the selected file in place. The outline jumps to headings. Find searches the rendered document; use Command-F with a keyboard. Reading Options adjusts text size, appearance and line width. Markdown rendering, code highlighting, math and diagrams run locally. MarkCove has no account, advertising, analytics or document-upload service. Remote images are blocked by default. If you enable them, the image host can receive your IP address and ordinary network request information. Opening an external link also leaves MarkCove. Your Files provider may independently use the network to retrieve a document. On macOS, Quick Look folder access lasts for the current preview session and may need to be granted again. The app remembers its own folder permissions. Use Allow a Folder inside the preview.
