LOCK YOUR PHONE UNTIL YOUR MORNING ROUTINE IS DONE Stop losing your mornings to your phone. Morning First locks your distracting apps until you finish your morning routine — no willpower needed, just structure that works. Once it's set, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and anything else pulling your attention stays locked until you're done. Your mornings come first. WHY MORNING FIRST? ► Real Enforcement – Not a reminder, not a gentle nudge.
