Transform your nutrition with AI-powered tracking. CPR Nutrition makes it easy to hit your protein goals with features no other app offers. CPR NUTRITION Features: (Subscription Required) Full access requires a subscription: $29.99/year after a 3-day free trial. CALORIE TO PROTEIN RATIO (CPR) This app centers around tracking your calorie to protein ratio, with 10:1 calories:protein being the "optimal" ratio. All of your logged foods each day, aggregate and individual, will be scored this way so that you can see if you have adequate protein density in your diet. Doing this will allow you to eat less while feeling satiated and full as well as consuming less calories overall. DIAAS PROTEIN QUALITY SCORES Not all protein is equal. Get science-backed protein quality scores (DIAAS) for every food you log—a first for any consumer nutrition app. Think of protein like building materials for muscle. If you don't have all the materials, you can't make muscle. Imagine you want to build a house and you need wood, nails, insulation, concrete, etc to do so. High quality protein will be all of those materials, while low quality protein will be missing 1 or more key material. Generally you should get around 75% of your daily protein from high quality sources. The 25% of protein that is low quality typically can be paired with the rest of the protein you consume to create a complete amino acid profile. AI FOOD LABEL SCANNER Point your camera at any nutrition label and let Google Gemini AI extract all the macros. DESCRIBE ANY MEAL Just type "grilled chicken with rice and broccoli" and get accurate nutrition estimates powered by Gemini 3 Pro. Protein Scan
Read full descriptionHide full description
Not every product with "protein" on the package is actually a strong protein choice. Protein Scan helps you scan barcodes and nutrition labels, then shows a simple verdict based on calories, protein, macros, and sugar. The core rule is simple: calories divided by 10 = the minimum grams of protein a product should have. If a product has 250 kcal per 100g, it should have around 25g of protein per 100g. If it falls short, Protein Scan calls it out clearly. What you can do: - Scan product barcodes - Analyze nutrition labels with AI - Upload label photos from your gallery - Check protein, calories, fats, carbs, and sugar - See clear verdicts: Take, Doubtful, or Skip - Save scan history - Compare scanned products - Unlock unlimited scans with Protein Scan Pro Protein Scan is useful for fitness, grocery shopping, meal planning, and anyone who wants to quickly understand whether a "high protein" product is actually worth it. No account required. Barcode results use OpenFoodFacts when available, and label photo analysis uses AI when the product is missing or the label needs to be read directly.
