Transform your nutrition with AI-powered tracking. CPR Nutrition makes it easy to hit your protein goals with features no other app offers. CPR NUTRITION Features: (Subscription Required) Full access requires a subscription: $29.99/year after a 3-day free trial. CALORIE TO PROTEIN RATIO (CPR) This app centers around tracking your calorie to protein ratio, with 10:1 calories:protein being the "optimal" ratio. All of your logged foods each day, aggregate and individual, will be scored this way so that you can see if you have adequate protein density in your diet. Doing this will allow you to eat less while feeling satiated and full as well as consuming less calories overall. DIAAS PROTEIN QUALITY SCORES Not all protein is equal. Get science-backed protein quality scores (DIAAS) for every food you log—a first for any consumer nutrition app. Think of protein like building materials for muscle. If you don't have all the materials, you can't make muscle. Imagine you want to build a house and you need wood, nails, insulation, concrete, etc to do so. High quality protein will be all of those materials, while low quality protein will be missing 1 or more key material. Generally you should get around 75% of your daily protein from high quality sources. The 25% of protein that is low quality typically can be paired with the rest of the protein you consume to create a complete amino acid profile. Volta is a running app built around the music — with three ways to run. LET IT DJ — during the run, Volta cues each next track to how you're actually moving. PLAN IT — before you go, Volta builds a playlist matched to your target pace and cadence. JUST PRESS PLAY — run to your own music, and Volta maps it for you. Whichever you choose, your route and your listening land on one timeline afterward — so you can see exactly what every song did to your pace. MUSIC THAT READS YOUR BODY In Match My Vibe mode, Volta watches how you're moving and picks the next song to match. Want to steer? Tap Hype to push the energy up, or Cool to bring it down — anytime. PLAN THE PLAYLIST BEFORE YOU GO Set your target pace, distance, and energy curve, and Volta builds a playlist shaped for that exact run. See every track's BPM before you start, and swap or reorder anything until it's yours. EVERY SONG, SHOWN ON THE MAP Your route, colored by pace and split by track. Tap any segment to see what was playing and how fast you were moving there. THE SONG THAT MADE YOU FASTEST After every run, Volta surfaces your Power Track — the one song you ran fastest to, with your pace on it and how far above your average it pushed you. YOUR SONGS, RANKED BY WHAT THEY DO FOR YOU Your whole library, sorted by the pace you actually ran to each track. Filter by month, sort by pace, and find the songs that reliably deliver — so your next playlist is built on what works. KNOW WHEN YOU HIT FLOW When your steps per minute lock to the beat, running feels easier. Volta shows you which tracks matched your stride and which didn't — so you learn what carries you. SHARE IT Turn any run into a clean, shareable image — your route, your top tracks, your pace — ready for your camera roll or your feed. Volta works with Apple Music and Apple Health.
