Your day, at a glance. Trackables puts activity, heart, sleep and steps on one screen. It reads what your iPhone and your Apple Watch already record, so there is nothing to log and nothing to weigh. Open it, and today is already there. FOUR THINGS, ONE SCREEN Activity, Heart, Sleep and Steps sit side by side. Tap one to open it full screen, with the history behind the number. A HISTORY THAT GOES BACK Every element charts by week, month, six months, year and three years. Watch a habit form, or find the week everything slipped. STREAKS A streak counts the days you met your goal. You set the goal. WIDGETS Put Activity, Heart, Sleep or Steps on your Home Screen and read the number without opening anything. SUMMARIES WRITTEN ON YOUR DEVICE On supported devices, Trackables writes a short summary of what a chart shows. Apple's on-device model does the writing, and your chart data isn't uploaded. FREE, AND PRIVATE Free to use, with no subscription. Trackables works with the hardware you already own. Your health data stays on your iPhone. Trackables reads Apple Health and shows it back to you. There's no account to create and no sign-in. Your health measurements are never uploaded, sold, or used for ads. The sky and weather use an approximate location from your IP address, never GPS, and you can turn that off in Profile. Trackables reads from Health. You choose what it may see, and you can change that at any time.

SaveBack turns saved YouTube links into repeatable daily routines — without turning the app into another feed to scroll. Open the app, pick a starter routine or build your own, and start. SaveBack keeps your routine ready on Home so you can begin without hunting for the right video each time. CORE FEATURES Saved routines — build a routine from YouTube links you paste or share into the app, or pick from a curated starter set organised by focus area: neck, shoulders, upper back, hips, lower back, yoga, stretching, and more. Home — start, continue, or review your saved routines in one tap. Player — follow each exercise in order and advance at your own pace. Reminders — optional local notifications to keep your routine on schedule. No account required. iOS Share Extension — send YouTube links directly into SaveBack from the YouTube app or browser. Clipboard intake — paste a YouTube link while the app is open and add it without extra steps. LOCAL-FIRST. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED. SaveBack stores your routines on device. There is no SaveBack account, no backend sync, and no analytics SDK. YouTube links you add may load metadata and thumbnails directly from YouTube; YouTube's own policies apply to that traffic. SaveBack is a routine utility. It is not a medical app and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Trackables against 5.0 for SaveBack. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trackables has 49 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Trackables ships an update weekly, SaveBack every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
