Crusd is the hybrid training app for runners who lift. Running, strength, and conditioning β€” planned, tracked, and coached as one block, by an AI that runs entirely on your iPhone. Most apps make you choose: a running app OR a lifting app. Crusd treats them as one training life. Stack a marathon block with a push/pull strength plan, add conditioning, and let one coach balance the load. THREE DISCIPLINES. ONE APP. β€’ Running β€” 12-week periodized plans for 5K, 8K, 10K, 15K, Half Marathon, and Marathon, with build, peak, and taper phases. Novice to Advanced. β€’ Strength β€” Push/Pull splits and supersets with progressive overload. Log weights, track PRs, see your trends. β€’ Conditioning β€” HIIT and circuit work to build the engine for hybrid fitness races like Hyrox. AN AI COACH THAT RUNS ON YOUR PHONE Hit a new 5K PR? Crusd notices and celebrates it. Drifting into too many skipped rest days? It nudges you back. Every Sunday, a personalized weekly recap. All generated on-device with Apple Intelligence β€” nothing is sent to a server. KNOW WHEN TO PUSH, KNOW WHEN TO REST Every morning Crusd calculates a 0–100 readiness score from your HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and recent training load. Five clear zones β€” Primed, Ready, Fair, Fatigued, Depleted β€” show exactly where your body stands. No junk metrics. TRAINING THAT ADAPTS TO YOU Woke up depleted? Your coach can swap today's intervals for an easy recovery run β€” reading your readiness, load, and calendar to make context-aware suggestions. You stay in control: accept, modify, or dismiss. LIFE HAPPENS. SMART BREAKS ADJUST. Sick, injured, or traveling? Pause your plan and Crusd reschedules everything for your return, easing you back gradually instead of jumping to 100%. Race days are never moved. BUILT FOR APPLE β€’ One-tap workout start on Apple Watch via the Workout app β€’ Calendar sync for your planned sessions β€’ HealthKit activity on your dashboard β€’ Private iCloud sync across your devices SEE HOW YOU COMPARE β€” AGAINST YOURSELF Before each run, see your typical pace and lifetime best at that distance. After, see how today stacked up. Honest comparisons against your own history β€” not generic prescribed paces. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No cloud AI. No tracking. No ads. No third-party analytics. No backend servers. All AI analysis runs locally on your iPhone; your history syncs only through your private iCloud. Optional Face ID adds another layer. TRAIN IN YOUR LANGUAGE Full localization in 11 languages, with metric and imperial units. FREE FOREVER One active plan, novice running (5K–10K), all strength plans, novice conditioning, workout tracking, readiness score, calendar and Apple Watch sync, streaks, and share cards. CRUSD PRO All running levels and distances (5K–Marathon), multiple active plans, the full AI Coach (celebrations, recaps, warnings), adaptive scheduling, readiness-based adjustments, Smart Breaks, and recovery recommendations. β€” Subscription β€” Crusd Pro is $4.99/month or $34.99/year, with a 14-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. About

StartRunning

From the couch to thirty minutes of continuous running in nine weeks. No experience needed, no gear, and no prior idea of what "interval training" means. StartRunning takes you through 27 workouts, three a week. Each one opens with five minutes of brisk walking and ends with five minutes of cooling down. In between, running and walking alternate β€” at first one minute of running, ninety seconds of walking. By week nine you run for half an hour without stopping. WHAT GUIDES YOU β€’ Spoken coaching tells you when to run and when to walk. You never have to look at your phone. β€’ Tones and vibration for every change β€” even with music in your ears and the phone in your pocket. β€’ A screen you can read in one second: one huge number, two buttons, nothing else. β€’ GPS records your route and works out distance, pace and kilometre splits. β€’ Your history shows every run with its map; the progress grid shows the whole plan at a glance. THREE LEVELS OF COACHING Voice and tones, vibration only, or nothing at all. Switchable mid-run β€” for the day you run with someone and still want to feel the interval change. YOU SET THE PACE All 27 workouts can be started and repeated at any time. Nothing is locked, nothing pushes you. If a week feels too fast, run it again. If you end a workout early, the time you ran still counts β€” only the plan doesn't move on. CUSTOM WORKOUTS You set total duration, run interval and walk break; the app works out the rest. For after the plan, or for the day you have something else in mind. WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO No ads. No subscription. No sign-up. No account. No tracking, no analytics, nothing shared with anyone. Your data stays on your device. What you export, you export yourself β€” as a backup file or as GPX. If you want, the app writes your workouts to Apple Health; that is off by default. Training and all your data work completely offline. Only the map view loads tiles from the network. ACCESSIBILITY Every interval type is signalled by word, icon, colour and vibration pattern β€” never by colour alone. The app holds up at triple system text size and respects the reduce-motion setting. WHAT IT COSTS The first 9 workouts are free β€” about three weeks of training, with everything included. After that you unlock everything once: all three plans, custom workouts, for good. No subscription, no follow-up costs. Your history stays open either way, unlocked or not.
