Running plans that adapt to your recovery, and the statistics to see your training add up. Built on your Apple Watch, your Polar or any watch that writes to Apple Health, and kept private on your iPhone. RUNNING PLANS THAT LISTEN • Start running, build fitness, or train for a 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon • Choose your running days, your long-run day and how demanding it should be • Paces come from your own races and fitness, not a generic table • Feeling unwell, nursing a niggle or traveling? Say so and the week adjusts • When sleep, HRV or training load point to a tougher week than planned, Keho offers easier options. You decide • Your next runs appear on Apple Watch with heart-rate and pace alerts • Read week 1 of any plan before you buy STATISTICS FOR EVERY SPORT • Totals, trends and personal bests per sport: running, cycling, swimming, strength and more • Age-graded race results from the official WMA 2025 road tables • Heart-rate zones from your real thresholds • Workout detail with maps, splits, pace, elevation, cadence and power • Replay a route as a 3D flyover and share it as a video • Share a workout as a Story over your own photo, a receipt, a race bib or a trading card • Export any workout as a FIT file, or its route as GPX, for other training apps • Sleep debt, sleep regularity, streaks and consistency • Go deeper with training load and form, a long-term VO2max trend and goals KNOW YOUR DAY • A readiness verdict every morning from your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and training load • Today's session alongside it: in Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, with Siri or as a notification • An early heads-up when several overnight vitals drift together WORKS WITH YOUR WATCH Keho reads what your watch already writes to Apple Health, history included. Apple Watch, Garmin, Suunto, COROS and Oura all work this way. No extra hardware. BRING MORE FROM POLAR Keho sends the Polar Flow data you choose to Apple Health, including sleep stages, 24/7 heart rate, breathing, SpO2 and temperature, and keeps Nightly Recharge, sleep score and cardio load for the long run. Import a Polar data export to bring your earlier history with you. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account. No health-data cloud. Plans, statistics and readiness are computed on your iPhone from the data you choose to share. Personal guidance, not medical advice. PRICING Core statistics are free forever. Keho Coach unlocks every running plan with a yearly subscription, and single plans can also be bought one at a time. Advanced statistics come with any purchase or as a one-time unlock. Polar Sync starts with a free month, then renews yearly unless you cancel, or you pay once. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Everything you have synced stays yours. Keho is an independent app, compatible with Polar® devices and accounts. Polar and Polar Flow are trademarks of Polar Electro Oy. About

StartRunning

Features

From the couch to thirty minutes of continuous running in nine weeks. No experience needed, no gear, and no prior idea of what "interval training" means. StartRunning takes you through 27 workouts, three a week. Each one opens with five minutes of brisk walking and ends with five minutes of cooling down. In between, running and walking alternate — at first one minute of running, ninety seconds of walking. By week nine you run for half an hour without stopping. WHAT GUIDES YOU • Spoken coaching tells you when to run and when to walk. You never have to look at your phone. • Tones and vibration for every change — even with music in your ears and the phone in your pocket. • A screen you can read in one second: one huge number, two buttons, nothing else. • GPS records your route and works out distance, pace and kilometre splits. • Your history shows every run with its map; the progress grid shows the whole plan at a glance. THREE LEVELS OF COACHING Voice and tones, vibration only, or nothing at all. Switchable mid-run — for the day you run with someone and still want to feel the interval change. YOU SET THE PACE All 27 workouts can be started and repeated at any time. Nothing is locked, nothing pushes you. If a week feels too fast, run it again. If you end a workout early, the time you ran still counts — only the plan doesn't move on. CUSTOM WORKOUTS You set total duration, run interval and walk break; the app works out the rest. For after the plan, or for the day you have something else in mind. WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO No ads. No subscription. No sign-up. No account. No tracking, no analytics, nothing shared with anyone. Your data stays on your device. What you export, you export yourself — as a backup file or as GPX. If you want, the app writes your workouts to Apple Health; that is off by default. Training and all your data work completely offline. Only the map view loads tiles from the network. ACCESSIBILITY Every interval type is signalled by word, icon, colour and vibration pattern — never by colour alone. The app holds up at triple system text size and respects the reduce-motion setting. WHAT IT COSTS The first 9 workouts are free — about three weeks of training, with everything included. After that you unlock everything once: all three plans, custom workouts, for good. No subscription, no follow-up costs. Your history stays open either way, unlocked or not.
