CLIMB WITH PURPOSE You send plenty of problems in a session. But are they the ones you meant to send? Did you finish that project? Get back on the slab you always skip? Or did you just wander around… then walk out unsure if you actually got better? That's why this simple indoor bouldering app was created. --- LOG EVERY ATTEMPT WITH A SWIPE β€’ Left = fail β€’ Right = send β€’ Then rate the quality It's faster than grabbing your chalk between each attempt. Forget pen and paper. Forget messy notes on your phone. Forget waiting for your gym to have its own system. This works anywhere. --- TURN CHAOS INTO STRUCTURE β€’ Save views for warm-ups, technique climbs, or projects β€’ Filter and sort by grade, area, attempts, quality, and more β€’ Always know which problems to hit next β€” no more guessing, no more forgetting β€’ Add structure without feeling restricted by rigid training plans made for athletes (keep climbing fun!) --- SEE PROGRESS YOU CAN FEEL Grades are good. But better footwork? Fewer fails? Smoother sends? That's real progress β€” and you’ll see it all in your charts. Motivation built in. --- WHY CLIMBERS ARE SWITCHING β€’ Works in any gym (supports multiple gyms & colour systems) β€’ Built for indoor bouldering only β€’ Your private logbook, not a social feed β€’ Simple, clean design that stays out of your way If you'd never hit the weight room or running track without a plan... why climb without one? Download now and make every send count. --- Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Bouldering Plan

I'm Frank Blokdijk, a boulderer and coach. I hated every training app I tried, so I made this one. Build a session from 260 exercises, each with its sets, rest and injury risk. Put your sessions into a plan that runs for weeks, and log what you did. Training information should be free, so building, planning, logging and testing cost nothing. You need a free account: Sign in with Apple or email. SESSIONS Pick exercises for your warm-up, strength work, climbing and mobility, or let the builder fill a session for the time you have. Every exercise also shows its minutes and how hard it is. Change one exercise's rounds, reps, work time, rest or minutes for today only, put strength exercises together as a superset, or add exercises of your own. The catalog runs from warm-ups to the campus board: limit boulders, 4x4s, max hangs and repeaters, density bouldering, weighted pull-ups, antagonist and mobility work, and easy climbing for a Base period. PLANS Build a plan week by week in training periods: Base, Strength, Power, Power Endurance, Endurance, Performance and Deload. Copy a week, save templates, add the plan to your calendar, or plan for someone you coach. Today's session sits at the top of Home with a Start button. When a plan ends, a wrap-up shows what you did and how your tests moved. COMMUNITY Share your plans and exercises on the Community tab, and add and rate what other climbers shared. Your dates and logbook stay yours. LOGBOOK, TRENDS AND TESTS - Log every boulder as a flash, a send or an attempt, with its grade, wall angle, goes and a note. Rate the session from 1 to 10. - Share a session as a story card or sticker, and save sessions to Apple Health. - Trends: grade history, grade pyramid, send rate by wall angle and training load per week. - Tests: max hangs on a 20 mm edge in half crimp and open hand, a two-rep max pull-up, a max hang for time and bodyweight, plus tests of your own. - Widgets for today's session, your week and your trends. Export your logbook as CSV or JSON. PRO - Guided sessions. Press Start and put the phone down. Work and rest are counted down with beeps, rounds and sets ticked off, and attempts wait for you to tap Done. Log each boulder from the timer and see it on your Lock Screen. - Plan generator. Pick the period, the weeks, your days and how long your sessions are. It builds every session from coaching rules, keeps hard finger days apart and plans in lighter weeks. - Workload. Each session's training load from its minutes and how hard it was, this week against your usual range, and your finger load on its own. - €4.99 a month, €29.99 a year (the first 7 days free) or €79.99 once. Everything in the free app stays free. COACHES - Write a plan for each climber or send one to a squad. It shows up in their app, and when you change it, it changes there. - See their logbook, tests, Workload and the check-in they send before training. Finger pain goes to the top of your screen. - One on one or squads, adults or youth. Under 16, a parent says yes first, and youth squads keep a height record so a growth spurt shows. - Free for up to five climbers, who join with a code and use the free app. Coach at bloksessions.com/coach or in this app's coach view. WHO IT'S FOR Boulderers who train on purpose and want to train in periods instead of climbing hard all year. It won't teach you to climb. You make the plan; it keeps the plan, your training load and your record in one place. Your training stays on your phone until you switch on backup. No ads and no trackers. I make Blok Sessions on my own, so questions come straight to me: hello@bloksessions.com Terms of use (Apple's standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy policy: https://bloksessions.com/privacy
