Organization apps ask you to build a system first. Databases, views, filters, a method to learn. Three weeks later, the app is still installed and the system has been abandoned. Keepio arrives assembled. A project holds its tasks, its notes, its files and its date. Nothing to set up before using it. WHAT IT WILL NEVER ASK OF YOU No database. No imposed method, not GTD, not PARA. No views to configure, no filters to maintain. And no team: project sharing is not on the roadmap, Keepio stays a personal app. WHAT APPLE INTELLIGENCE DOES Type "Send the invoice Monday #Client": the task lands in the right project, with the right due date and priority. A meeting note turns into a task list. Tags are suggested as you write. All of it runs on Apple's on-device model, with no text leaving the device. WHAT A PROJECT HOLDS - Tasks with priority, due dates and recurrence - Rich text notes, with your files and images attached - A completion percentage that climbs with every checked task - Tags shared between notes and tasks - 9 Home Screen widgets and a Live Activity ON ALL THREE DEVICES Everything runs through your iCloud account. A note taken on iPhone shows up on Mac. No account to create, no server other than Apple's. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac. Keepio+ adds the focus timer tied to a project, the calendar view, templates and advanced widgets.
StockMe

Your inventory tracker and sales tracker for resale stock. With StockMe, organize items by box, shelf or storage location, find what you need and track the payments you record. No account required. AN INVENTORY TRACKER FOR YOUR STOCK Give every item a box, shelf or storage location. Add photos, asking prices and quantities, then search and filter your inventory. Rename or merge locations and move several items together. LESS TYPING FOR YOUR LISTINGS Paste a link or use the iOS share menu to import available details from a Vinted, Leboncoin or eBay listing. Review the information before saving. Drafts, retry and manual entry help you continue when a website restricts automated access. Refresh a listing and confirm its changes when information is available. TRACK YOUR SALES AND REMAINING STOCK Record the quantity sold, sale date and amount actually received. Remaining units stay in stock. Review payments by date range and export a CSV for Excel or Numbers. Figures reflect the sales you record, not automatically calculated profit. KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR DATA Your inventory is stored on your device. Export a backup with items, photos, locations and history before switching devices or uninstalling the app. Backups are exported files, not automatic cross-device sync. START FREE Start with 15 items, 5 locations and 10 saved imported listings. Remove those limits with a one-time StockMe Pro purchase, with no subscription. Backups and exports stay free. Available on iPhone and iPad. Interface in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German and Portuguese. Optional analytics and diagnostics are off by default. The illustrated iOS sharing tutorial uses French screenshots. StockMe is independent and is not affiliated with Vinted, Leboncoin or eBay. Listing imports depend on the information accessible on the source website.

Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: StockMe at every 3 days against Keepio's every 2 weeks. StockMe also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
