Calorithm — Log and Review Your Calorie Balance and Weight Calorithm shows your calorie balance, the difference between what you eat and what you burn, by day, week, month, quarter, and year, from your meal, exercise, and weight records and Apple Health data. Logging and basic summaries are free. See Your Calorie Balance in Charts See calorie balance, intake and expenditure, weight, body fat, PFC, salt equivalent, steps, sleep, and water in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly charts, alongside the goals you set. Choose and reorder the cards you want to see. Auto-Synced with Apple Health Active energy, resting energy, weight, and body fat percentage are pulled from Apple Health each time you open the app. Steps, sleep, and water are read only if you allow it and are never written. Today's steps and last night's sleep are shown in the app and used in trend charts and Reports. The Water card shows how much you drank. Log Meals and Exercise Enter food names and calories by hand, or save meals and exercises you log often. You can also estimate calories with AI from a food name or a photo, and adjust the result with comments like "large size" or "extra cheese." Active energy for exercise can be estimated from its name and duration. Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports Reports summarize your records for each period without using AI. To look deeper, carry a report into Ask. Ask About Your Records Ask questions about your meals and exercise with record-aware AI consultation. Review Your Day on the Timeline See meals, exercise, and weight entries in order. Tap an entry to edit or delete it. Share as an Image Share cards from Trends and Reports as an image. Backup Back up your records and settings to a password-encrypted file, and restore them. Home Screen Widget Check today's balance from a widget without opening the app. Meal Guidance Notifications Set times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to see how many calories are left for your next meal. Dark Mode Switch between light and dark appearance. Your Data, Protected Your health and food log data is stored on your device with AES-256 encryption. When you use AI features, only the input, photos, or record summaries needed are sent to AI services: Google for estimates and AI reports, OpenAI for Ask. Steps and sleep are sent only as summarized values, such as daily totals and nightly durations. Not a Medical Device Calorithm is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional before making medical decisions. Calorie Ledger Book

Calorie Ledger records what you eat as "income" and what you burn as "expense", and lays them out day by day like a household account book. ■ One line per day Each date shows intake, burn, balance and weight on a single row. The numbers line up vertically, so a day you overate and a day that went well are both obvious at a glance. Monthly totals are shown too, alongside what they work out to in kilograms. ■ Works with Apple Health Calories burned are read from Apple Health. The meal calories and weight you record are written back, so other apps can use them. ■ No Apple Watch needed On days when resting energy is not recorded, the app estimates it from your age, sex, height, weight and activity level. Estimated values are marked with "≈" so you can tell them apart from measured ones. ■ Work backward from a goal Set a target weight and a target date, and the app works out the daily calorie balance you need. The figure updates as your records come in — stricter when you fall behind, gentler when you are ahead. You can also see how far along you are as a percentage. ■ Less typing Give a meal a name when you log it, and it appears in your suggestions next time. One tap records the same thing again. On a day you skipped a meal, log 0 kcal so the day still counts toward your balance. ■ Keep a photo You can attach a photo to any meal. The Gallery shows them on a monthly calendar. ■ AI calorie estimation (Premium) AI estimates calories and reference macros (protein, fat, carbs) from meal photos or the text you type. Try it free 10 times; after that it is available with the auto-renewable Premium subscription (monthly or yearly). ■ Keeping it going Close each month with a monthly closing statement. Share streaks and balances as cards on social media. Log in one tap from Home Screen widgets. ■ Review your patterns See daily averages and recording coverage for 7, 30 or 90 days for free. Premium adds previous-period comparisons, meal and weekday patterns, and expenditure-versus-intake comparisons. ■ Lock Screen entry (Premium) Photo entry and Meal entry widgets open the camera or today's meal editor. After taking a photo, choose whether to run AI estimation. ■ Your data stays yours Your records stay on your device and in your own iCloud; the developer cannot see them. There are no ads and no analytics. Only when you run AI calorie estimation is that photo or text transmitted — used solely for the estimate and never stored. ■ Who it is for ・People who want to lose weight but are not sure how to plan it ・People who weigh themselves daily but cannot tell why the number moves ・People who want to know whether eating less or moving more is doing the work ・People who like managing things with numbers Note: This app supports everyday health tracking. It is not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have concerns about your health, please consult a medical professional. About Premium (auto-renewable subscription) - Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the purchase is confirmed - Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends - Cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions - Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ - Privacy Policy: https://fancy-hardhat-9e7.notion.site/Calorie-Ledger-Privacy-Policy-3cde1692dd91803ca460d996c8aa8db0
