MoodMusic — sound to settle. Open the app and you're one tap from a session. The Heal home suggests the right mode for the hour — Uplift in the morning, Focus midday, Calm in the evening, Sleep at night — with five scenarios always ready: paced breathing, long fading soundscapes for sleep, unhurried evenings, steady focus, and bright starts. SESSIONS THAT RESPOND TO YOU Wear your Apple Watch and the session listens back: a live heart-rate curve on screen, and adaptive audio that gently softens brightness, fullness, and pulse as you settle. Every layer of the soundscape — pad, texture, nature, motif, drone — is visible and honest about what it's doing. TALK IT THROUGH Not sure what you need? A short conversation helps you land on a scenario. Every word you read is written by us, not generated — the assistant only chooses which of our lines fit you. SOUNDSCAPES WITH DEPTH Warm synths, rain & ocean, singing bowls, nylon guitar, handpan — switch families mid-session and the sound crossfades on the next bar. An optional two-ear tone layer adds a slow, settling pulse through headphones. YOUR PRIVACY IS STRUCTURAL, NOT A PROMISE Heart rate and heart-rate variability never leave your phone — they're never uploaded, never in any network request. Session music requests carry only what they need. The full policy spells out every byte. AND THE MUSIC SIDE THAT STARTED IT ALL Tell MoodMusic a mood or an occasion and get real, playable recommendations — songs, albums, artists — with Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube playback, local-scene discovery with verified hometown artists, and a library of everything you've saved. Light and dark, your choice or the system's. An Apple Watch is optional for everything — sessions always work without one. MoodMusic collects only what it needs to work, and says exactly what that is: https://moodmusic-public.s3.amazonaws.com/privacy-policy.html
