Focus on your workout, not the clock. LuckOut Timer is a simple work and rest interval timer for HIIT, Tabata, circuits, and everyday training. SET YOUR PACE Choose work and rest intervals from 5 seconds to 5 minutes. Start with a 3-2-1 preparation countdown on iPhone, then follow the large countdown and clear WORK and REST screens. TRACK YOUR SESSION See completed rounds and total work time at a glance. Pause when you need a break, resume when you are ready, or reset to begin again. Running and paused sessions restore when you reopen the app. CLEAR CUES Hear spoken cues while LuckOut is open. The iPhone screen stays awake during an active workout. A Live Activity displays the current interval on the Lock Screen and, on supported iPhones, Dynamic Island. APPLE WATCH Use the independent Apple Watch app to set intervals and run a timer from your wrist. Haptic cues play while the Watch app is active. The timer catches up when you return. Phone and Watch sessions do not sync. WHEN YOUR IPHONE IS LOCKED Go and Rest sounds require notification sound permission. LuckOut schedules up to 60 phase changes at a time; reopening the app replenishes them. Silent mode and Focus may suppress sounds. If the Live Activity shows Open Timer, tap it to refresh the current interval. Use Pause or Reset to remove the timer card and stop scheduled sounds. No account required. Helix Training

Train yourself like you have a coach. Helix is an app for self-coached athletes: AI builds a plan for your goal, workouts go straight to your Apple Watch, and your results, sleep and heart data sync from Apple Health on their own. One picture of your load: running, cycling, swimming, strength, HYROX. WHAT YOU GET • An AI plan for your goal. A 4-week plan built around your race, HYROX event or hybrid goal and your schedule. Generated in a minute — then make it yours. • One load score. A single load scale across every activity type, including strength work. Actuals close themselves from Apple Health (Strava connects too) — so you finally see how hard you really trained this week. • Fitness and fatigue. ATL, CTL and readiness show whether you're building form or digging a hole. Readiness accounts for sleep, resting heart rate and HRV from Apple Health. In plain language, not a chart you have to decode. • An AI assistant. Ask “why is my readiness 54?” or have it swap tomorrow's run for an indoor ride. The assistant knows your data and proposes every change as a before → after card — you apply it. YOUR PHONE AND WATCH DO THE ROUTINE FOR YOU • Apple Health syncs itself: type, time, distance, heart rate — and your morning data feeds straight into readiness. • Plans go to Apple Watch: intervals, alerts for your heart-rate zones, strength steps — in the native Workout app, no separate watch app needed. • Notifications that matter: your plan in the morning, your result logged after the workout. • All your analytics in your pocket: ATL/CTL, readiness, plan vs actual, weekly volume. Requires iOS 17+. Privacy policy: https://helixtraining.ai/en/privacy
