Build a small exercise habit, one day at a time. Fit Timer helps you keep track of the movement you want to do every day: push-ups, squats, crunches, sit-ups, or your own exercises. Choose a manageable daily rep goal, do a few reps when it suits you, and record what you finished. A SIMPLE DAILY ROUTINE Start with three exercises or choose your own. Add 5 or 10 reps with a tap, or enter any amount. Made a mistake? Undo your last entry. REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR DAY Daily reminders are enabled when you create an exercise, with a time you can change. Exercises at the same time share one notification. Finish a goal and its remaining reminders for today are skipped. Notification permission is required. SEE YOUR CONSISTENCY Follow your daily progress, active days, and current and best streaks. Any completed reps count as showing up. Browse your history to see what you have done. TIMED ROUTINES WHEN YOU WANT THEM Create a sequence of exercises with exercise and rest times. Pause, resume, or skip a step at your own pace. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU No account, ads, tracking, or analytics. Your exercises and history are stored on your device. Export and import CSV backups when you need them. Designed for iPhone and iPad, with dark mode and support for larger text.
