Two Steps

Two Steps plans walks for you. Tell it how many steps you want to take. It works out a loop that long from where you are and brings you back to your door. You never pick a destination, and you never plan a route. Every walk avoids ground you have already covered. Two Steps remembers where you have been and sends the next route down streets you have not walked yet, so an area you thought you knew keeps turning up corners you have missed. You get a few routes to choose from, each with a name, a distance and a rough time. Pick the one you like and set off. While you walk, the map turns with you. The road ahead stays lit, arrows on the ground show which way the loop runs, and a flag marks the spot where it closes. Put your phone in your pocket and the trail keeps drawing. When you finish, the walk is saved with the line you actually took, your steps, your distance, and how much of it was new ground. You can walk any of them again whenever you like. WHAT YOU GET • Loops from 1,000 to 20,000 steps • Routes that steer around the streets you have already walked • A guided map that turns as you turn • Your trail drawn live, and kept afterwards • A week of steps and your current streak • Walks saved to Apple Health • A Home Screen widget showing your last walk • A Live Activity on the Lock Screen while you are out • An optional daily nudge to get you moving • Light and dark, miles or kilometres YOUR WALKS STAY ON YOUR PHONE Your trails and the ground you have covered are kept on your device. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to.

Foray turns going out into a record of how far you've come. Built for people with agoraphobia and anxiety, and useful for anyone who wants to see how far they go, how long they're out, and how it felt. When you step outside a small circle around home, Foray quietly starts a foray. It keeps your route, distance and time out while your phone stays in your pocket. When you're back, you get a calm summary and your personal bests, growing with you. GENTLE TOOLS FOR HARD MOMENTS • Heading Home: a full-screen arrow pointing back, with a one-tap "I'm Safe" button • Breathe: a simple paced breathing circle • Controls (iOS 18 or later): start a foray, Heading Home or Breathe from Control Center, the Lock Screen or the Action button • Help shows the crisis line for your country • Start, end or cancel a foray yourself any time • Pin safe spots on the map, places you trust • Someone to tell: one tap fills in an "I'm out" text to a person you trust, and "Home safe" when you're back. You always press Send yourself. • Apple Watch: start a foray, Heading Home, Breathe with taps on your wrist, and "I'm safe", with the phone in your pocket. Your watch face shows how long you've been out • VoiceOver and the largest text sizes work throughout, on iPhone and Apple Watch YOUR PROGRESS • Your route on the map, live while you're out • The numbers that matter, big: how far from home, time out, your farthest ever • Journeys: every foray sorted by farthest, longest or most recent, with search • Name each foray, and note how it felt • Places to try at a distance you choose • Your week at a glance, with no streak to break • Sunday week note (if you turn it on): one quiet notification on Sunday evening with your week • Your month in review: from the 1st to the 7th, last month on one card you can share (anxiety stays off the shared card unless you add it) • One small step: after ten days without a foray, Foray offers one easy step to try. No notifications, no rush. • Ask Siri or Shortcuts "how far did I go this week" CHAPTERS Setbacks happen. Start a new chapter when you want a fresh slate. Past forays stay in the chapter you closed, browsable any time, without counting against your current records. FORAY+ (OPTIONAL) • Exposure ladder: list the situations that feel hard, rate them 0 to 100, and climb them easiest first.
