GripFlow is the Jiu-Jitsu training journal that understands your game. HOW IT WORKS Done training? Tell GripFlow how it went, by voice or text, in your own words: "rolled, passed the half guard, took the back but lost it on the transition". The AI picks out positions and techniques, writes the summary and updates your progress. YOUR FIGHTER MAP A 6-axis radar (Guard, Passing, Pressure, Submission, Takedowns and Transition) that shows where you are strong and where to invest. It gets sharper with every session you log. YOUR STYLE GripFlow names your game from your training: Finishing Guard Player, Pressure Passer, Steamroller... 32 possible styles that settle in as you keep logging. TRAINING ROUTINE Pick your training days and the time of each one — Monday night, Saturday morning. The reminder arrives after class, right when it is time to log. TECHNIQUES A glossary of more than 180 techniques with correct terminology: Spider Guard, Armbar, Triangle, Berimbolo, Leg Drag. Spaced repetition so you don't forget what you learned. TRAINING PARTNERS Say who you rolled with and see how your game does against each partner. DRILLING IS NOT ROLLING GripFlow separates technical drilling from live rolling: 30 drill reps don't count as 30 submissions. WHAT WAS YOURS, WHAT WAS THEIRS A submission you got caught in never counts as yours. If the AI gets it wrong, fix it in 2 taps and your progress recalculates. COMMUNITY AND TOURNAMENTS Feed, rankings and challenges with the people you train with, plus a tournament calendar. SENSEI AI (PREMIUM) An AI coach that reads your training and answers questions about your game: what to drill today, where you keep losing position, how to fit in a new technique. PLANS Free: voice and text logging, Fighter Map, your style, 10 techniques and 1 chain. Premium: Sensei AI, unlimited techniques and chains, the full My Game view and premium share cards. From white belt to black belt.
