Deadline Dash

Deadline Dash isn't another to-do list. It's a countdown you can't ignore โ and a consequence you can't talk your way out of. How it works Give yourself a task in one of three categories โ Easy, Medium, Hard. The second you commit, a 24-hour countdown starts, and it lives right on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Not a reminder you can swipe away and forget. A running clock. Finish before time runs out โ done. Miss it, or give up early โ same result either way โ and you burn one of your 3 lives in that category. Burn all 3, and the category locks. No free pass, no "try again tomorrow." You either buy your way back in, or that category stays locked. Three lives, not one Everybody misses sometimes. That's why each category gives you three real chances before anything locks โ enough room to be human, not enough to stop caring. Your countdown, everywhere Live Activities keep your deadline visible on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island the whole time. Mark a task done right from the Island โ no need to open the app. Add the widget to your Home Screen or Lock Screen and you'll never lose track, even after the Live Activity itself expires. Separate boards for separate lives One set of 3 categories is free, forever. Need to keep work deadlines and personal ones from bleeding into each other? Open a second or third board โ each with its own Easy, Medium, and Hard, each with its own 3 lives. The Record Every task you finish or lose gets written down. Your win/loss record per category, your current streak, and โ if you've lost any โ the graveyard: every task you didn't finish, exactly as you wrote it, dated, struck through. Nothing to inflate your ego, nothing to hide behind. Just what actually happened. Deadline Dash is built for people who already know willpower alone doesn't work โ and who'd rather put something real on the line than write another list they won't look at again.
Planiko

Planiko helps you run your day right from your iPhone calendar. It doesn't replace your calendar: it works on top of it, including the Google or Exchange accounts you've added in iOS. No new account, no extra sync, and your data stays on your device. MAIN FEATURES โข Check-in and check-out โ One tap when you actually start or finish something, and the event's times on your calendar are updated for real. โข PLAN โ One tap reorganizes the rest of your day by priority, preferred time window and deadline, with no overlaps. Events you lock stay where they are. โข NIKO โ Create events fast, with title, time and duration, plus priority, time window and deadline for PLAN. โข Gaps and overlaps โ See the free time between events and what overlaps. Tap a gap to create an event that fills it exactly. โข Travel time โ Planiko tells you when you need to leave, not just when the appointment starts, and opens Apple Maps or Google Maps. โข Postpone fast โ +1h, +2h, tomorrow, a custom date and time, or "skip all" when the whole day slips. โข Pause and resume โ Check out of what you're doing and instantly create the same event starting now. โข Ask for an event โ Send a link ("when are you coming to visit?"). The other person picks the date, even without the app, and the event lands in both calendars. โข Import from clipboard โ Copy a list of tasks and Planiko creates one event for each, in sequence. โข Countdown, widget and Apple Watch โ Always know how long until the next thing. Works with Capta, the GTD app by the same developer: give a Capta action a date and it appears in your calendar; complete it in Planiko and Capta updates by itself.
