About

Menta

Menta helps you do what you said you were going to do. Start with one clear promise. Choose a note, photo or video as proof, set when it is due, and decide whether the result stays private or is shared with a group. When you finish, check in and keep a record of the work you completed. Use groups when you want other people involved. Members can see the shared promise, follow progress and review proof when they have been assigned to do so. You can also organise events, track attendance and use Momenta on useful boosts and appearance options. Menta includes reminders, streak history, recovery paths and clear controls for proof that is still saved on your device. You decide when proof is sent. The main promise, proof, group and event journeys are localised for the supported languages. Some secondary screens may still appear in English while localisation continues. About

Sammy ADHD Task Support

Features

Most task apps hand you a long list and let you stare at it. Sammy hands you one card. Swipe right to start it, swipe left to skip it. That's the whole thing. WHY ONE CARD INSTEAD OF A LIST A to-do list asks you to do three things at once: choose what matters, rank it against everything else, and start. If you stall at the starting line, that isn't one wall, it's three. A single card collapses all of it into one binary decision: this task, yes or no. That's a decision size a stalled brain can actually make. HOW IT WORKS - One task at a time, never a wall of to-dos - Swipe right: a timer starts, you begin - Swipe left: skipped, no penalty, no judgment - Sammy the squirrel collects a nut for every task you finish, visible progress right now instead of some abstract payoff later - Decks for chores, admin, self-care, getting out the door, and days where brushing your teeth is the whole win NO STREAKS, NO GUILT Sammy doesn't count how many days in a row you've kept it up. There's nothing to break. Anyone who has fought procrastination knows the spiral: miss one day, and the app becomes one more thing accusing you. Sammy only counts upward. WHO IT'S FOR People with ADHD, executive dysfunction, anxiety, or just an ordinary bad day. Adults, teens, and kids, with content curated per age group. HONEST ABOUT THE SCIENCE There's a screen inside the app that explains the actual mechanism behind each feature: why task paralysis is better understood as an activation failure than a motivation problem, why decision fatigue costs more for ADHD brains, and what the nut counter is really standing in for. It's equally explicit about where the evidence is thin: there is no controlled trial of Sammy's specific implementation. That's exactly why there's a free trial instead of a "trust us" pitch. PREMIUM - Unlimited custom decks and cards - Mood check-in: tasks adapt to your actual energy, not the energy you wish for - Full win log - Recurring schedules - Two more companions: Eddy the elephant and Tammy the turtle - Offline decks Sammy is not a medical device and does not replace diagnosis, advice, or treatment.
