About

Heart Matter

Features

Tracks real-time heart rate with most BLE chest strap heart rate sensors. Some smartwatches and wrist-worn devices may not connect because they do not support the standard BLE Heart Rate profile. Whether you’re aiming for fitness or endurance, effective aerobic exercise means keeping your heart rate at 60–80% of your maximum for at least 15 minutes. Simply set your age, and the app automatically calculates your maximum heart rate and key target zones (60%, 70%, 80%), then shows them on a real-time graph—helping you avoid slowing down or pushing too hard, for safer, more effective workouts. When you press the PiP button, a small window appears. The color on the left side of the window indicates system status: green means normal, red indicates overheating, and gray shows delay. The blinking dot next to the number confirms that heart rate is being measured and updated continuously. The background color of the number on the right side represents heart rate zones: below 60% of maximum is blue, up to 80% is green, up to 90% is orange, and above 90% is red. Features: • Real-time heart rate and RR interval tracking with most BLE chest-strap monitors (smartwatches and wrist devices not supported) • Continuous background heart rate collection—even with the screen off • Automatic reconnection to your last paired device, with alerts if the connection drops • Full connection event logging for reliable monitoring • Customizable high heart rate alerts • Seamless data sync with Apple Health

About

ScaleTrack

Features

Track your weight in two seconds: just snap a photo of your scale. ScaleTrack reads the number off any scale's display, right on your iPhone. Confirm it, and it's saved and charted. It works with the scale you already own: if it shows a number, ScaleTrack reads it. WHY SCALETRACK • Works with any scale: point, snap, done. • Two-second weigh-ins: snap → confirm → saved. • A clean trend chart from your very first reading. • Prefer typing? Log with the keyboard any time. SEE PROGRESS, NOT NOISE • A smoothed trend line shows your true direction through daily ups and downs. • Weekly pace, a projected goal date, and a "what will I weigh by then?" picker. • Milestones on the way to your goal, badges for showing up, streaks that add up. • Your year in review, plus a shareable PDF report. • Switch lb ⇄ kg anytime. Export to CSV whenever you want. MORE THAN THE SCALE • Add a note, tags, or how you felt to any weigh-in. • BMI at a glance once you set your height. • Track body fat percentage and waist alongside weight, synced with Apple Health. • Optional progress photos with a lineup guide and side-by-side compare, stored on your device, seen only by you. MAKE IT YOURS • Dark mode: the new Ink palette, easy on late-night weigh-ins. • Home Screen, Lock Screen and Control Center shortcuts; Siri and the Action button too. • Optional daily reminder and a Sunday weekly summary. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your data lives on your iPhone and, only if you turn it on, in your own private iCloud. • Scale photos are read on-device with Apple's built-in text recognition, then discarded. • Progress photos stay on your device, for your eyes only. • Back up and restore your data yourself, any time. Just you and the number, over time.
