Smart Trainer App – Your Intelligent Training Assistant! Smart Trainer app is a modern workout assistant designed for both coaches and individual athletes. It helps you organize training sessions more efficiently, automate daily routines, and supports self-discipline during workouts. All essential tools in one place: Whistle commands with various modes (regular, random, alternating, and more) Timer and stopwatch to structure your sessions Counter – useful for counting reps, rounds, or exercises Notes – plan your training, write down exercises or ideas, and keep everything in one place Train like a pro – in the gym, outdoors, or at home. Modes: Whistle Only: This mode allows you to set a random whistle interval. For example, you can choose a range where the whistle will sound no earlier than 2 seconds and no later than 7 seconds. Random mode: This mode allows you to set a random whistle interval. For example, you can choose a range where the whistle will sound no earlier than 2 seconds and no later than 7 seconds. Within this interval (2–7 seconds), your selected two whistles will play alternately — the first time “Whistle 1”, then “Whistle 2”, then “Whistle 1” again, and so on. If you want only one sound to play, simply select the same whistle sound for both slots. You never know whether the whistle will play at the 2-second mark or the 5-second mark — making this mode perfect for reaction speed training. Regular mode: This mode allows the whistle to sound at fixed intervals (e.g., every 5 seconds). You can also set two alternating whistles to play in sequence. Change cycle mode: This mode lets you set a specific interval from one whistle to the next. For example, you can configure 10 seconds from the first whistle to the second, and 5 seconds from the second back to the first. This method is ideal for exercises that require performing specific tasks within fixed time intervals. Random work whistles mode: In this mode, you can select multiple whistle sounds that will play in a random sequence — either at regular or random time intervals. Perfect for training rhythm, perception, and reaction time. HIIT mode: The classic High Intensity Interval Training mode – set your work and rest durations, as well as whistle signals for each phase. Repetition mode: This mode allows you to set a specific number of whistle repetitions. You can customize how many signals will play, the exact interval between each whistle, and even add rest pauses. Perfect for repetitive drills, technique training, or endurance-based exercises that rely on precise rhythm. Beep Test: The standard multi-stage fitness test used worldwide to measure endurance. The pace increases automatically with each level – the goal is to reach the beep before the signal! Track your progress, view levels, shuttles, distance, and estimated VO₂ max directly within the app. Extra Features: Works with Bluetooth speakers – lead workouts hands-free and loud Compatible with background music – keep your energy up! Available in Latvian, English, and Russian All features work offline, no internet required One-time purchase after a 3-day free trial – no subscriptions, no ads Smart Trainer app was created by Taekwondo coach Sandris Radzins, based on years of real training experience – practical, tested, and adapted to real-world sports environments.
