Your inventory in your phone. Your data in your Drive. 1inventory turns your phone's camera into a barcode scanner and keeps everything in a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. There is no scanner to buy and no database to get locked into: open the sheet on a laptop any time, sort it, chart it or share it. SCAN IT IN Point the camera at a barcode and 1inventory searches global product databases. The name, photo and description fill themselves in, in your language. Choose a location, save, and the camera is ready for the next one. It reads twelve barcode formats and beeps, so your eyes can stay on the shelf. No barcode? Add it by hand in a few seconds. COUNT IT AGAIN Scan a product a second time and it opens with the quantity you had. Thumb it up or down, save, move on. Walk the shelf and the stocktake is done. FIND ANYTHING Search reads more than the name: part of a barcode, a word from the description, a location, or anything you typed into a field of your own. The locations view turns every place, from the pantry to the garage shelf, into a folder. KNOW IN TIME Put an expiry, warranty or service date on a product and 1inventory tells you days before it passes, by push notification or email. Set a floor on a quantity and it tells you when stock drops below it. MAKE IT YOURS Add the fields your things have: prices, dates, serial numbers, suppliers, dropdowns with your own options. Eight field types, and each one becomes a real column in your sheet. BRING YOUR LIST Already keep a list? Import a CSV file and your column headers are matched to the right fields automatically. Rows you already have are skipped, never overwritten. EVERYTHING AT A GLANCE The dashboard shows products, locations, total stock and the latest change on one screen. WORK TOGETHER (PREMIUM) Invite up to four other people to an inventory. Everyone works from the same list, and the history shows what changed, who did it and when. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Sign in with Google: no form, no password. 1inventory asks only for your name, your email and permission to create files in your Drive. That is the narrowest Drive permission Google offers, so the app can open the spreadsheet it made for you and the photo folder beside it, and nothing else. Stop paying and nothing is deleted. Delete the app and the spreadsheet is still in your Drive. FOR HOMES AND SMALL BUSINESSES The pantry and the medicine cabinet, books, board games, wine and tools, the garage and the loft, or the stockroom of a small shop, workshop or office. 1inventory is built for homes and small operations. It is not a warehouse management or point-of-sale system. Available in English, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese. PLANS Free: 1 inventory, 1 location, up to 100 products, 1 custom field, 1 alert rule and 5 barcode lookups a day. The free plan never expires. Premium: up to 5 inventories, unlimited locations, up to 10,000 products per inventory, up to 5 people per inventory, 15 custom fields, 50 alert rules, change history and 200 barcode lookups a day. Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Plan tonight. Win tomorrow. Quint is the to-do app with exactly five slots a day. You fill them in the evening – and wake up to a plan instead of a list. No more to-do lists that never get shorter. No more priority matrices, projects inside projects, or the guilt that's already waiting for you in the morning. Quint gives you five slots. No more. If it doesn't fit, it wasn't that important. HOW IT WORKS 1. Evening: Name five things for tomorrow. Takes two minutes. 2. Morning: Wake up, get going. The decisions are already made. 3. Evening: Day done, streak up – and tomorrow is already waiting to be planned. WHAT QUINT DOES • Five slots a day – overwhelm protection, built in. • Plan for any day, not just tomorrow – an appointment on Saturday? Add it once and it shows up that very morning. • Routines that stick – daily, on weekdays, or every week on your day. Quint adds them for you, and your stats show how well you keep them. • Steps, not boulders – break big tasks down. Tick the last step and the task is done. • Focus timer (25/5) – keeps running on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, even with the app closed. • Widgets – your day on the Home Screen, what's left on the Lock Screen. • Your streak – every day you clear makes the flame grow. Missed a day? A streak freeze holds it for you. Share it as a picture when you're proud of it. • No backlog graveyard – unfinished tasks come along for a week, then quietly disappear. No digital clutter, no guilt. • Reminds you only when it matters – in the evening, Quint only speaks up if tomorrow still has gaps. • Stats that answer back – tap any day to see what got done, what moved and what you focused on. • Your own colour categories – sort your day by your own rules. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account. No sign-up. No server. Quint makes no network requests – your tasks live on your iPhone and nowhere else. YOUR APP, YOUR STYLE Four accent colours, and the app icon follows. In English, German, French and Spanish. Five tasks. One plan. A little better every day. Get Quint and plan your morning tonight.
