Open Sleep Island once at night. Wake up to your sleep report. White noise, nature sounds, music, or podcasts fade out and stop when sleep is detected. Set custom timers, loop, download for offline listening, or play in the background. ◎ YOUR BEDTIME AMBIENCE Settle in with rain, wind, or crickets. Adjust multiple ambience sounds alongside podcasts or soundscapes, with separate volumes for ambience sounds and listening content. Immersive bedtime scenes unite sound and visuals. Appearance can follow the ambience or system, or stay fixed in light or dark mode. ◎ SMART SLEEP MONITORING • Auto-start: Open once during your nighttime window to begin monitoring automatically • Wearable-free: Keep iPhone nearby and sleep as usual; Apple Watch is optional • Sleep estimates: Sleep onset, final wake-up, nighttime awakenings, returning to sleep in the morning, and naps • Morning report: Duration, estimated stages, awakenings, sleep score, and multi-night trends • Energy: Night Sounds records with less energy. With it off, tracking needs no all-night app activity; when the app is not running, it does no continuous overnight work With Health permission, sync Apple Watch sleep records. With the Watch app connected to iPhone, view last night's summary, start/stop monitoring, play/pause, or skip back/forward. iPhone tracks sleep independently. ◎ NIGHT SOUNDS—MORE THAN SNORING Detected clips can include: • Snoring, heavy breathing, coughing, sleep talking, and possible teeth grinding • Baby cries, babbling, and other vocal sounds • A partner's voice and sounds from the room • Full recorded clips and playback history; 15 seconds limits only some free previews, not recording length • “Not Me” for sounds from someone else • Play, pause, resume, favorite, batch delete, or mark multiple clips “Not Me” Full playback beyond free previews and Favorites require Premium. Baby and other Night Sounds are for review and memories, not medical use or baby safety monitoring. ◎ A CLEAR BEDTIME SCREEN The sleep card and playback controls stay separate. Start or check monitoring at a glance, access sounds, music, and podcasts, and control playback. ◎ SOUNDS, AUDIO & VIDEO • Six colors of noise: White, pink, brown, blue, green, and purple • Nature: Rain, ocean waves, streams, forest, crickets, campfire, fireplace, wind, and hundreds more • Music: Piano, ambient, classical, Lo-fi, meditation, binaural beats, 432Hz, 528Hz, and more • ASMR: Tapping, page turning, makeup sounds, and other gentle triggers • Audio: Bedtime stories, audiobooks, and English learning • Immersive video: Forests, rain, valleys, streams, blizzards, and dreamscapes with panoramic panning • Sound mixing: Blend your own soundscape ◎ BEDTIME PODCASTS • Search Apple Podcasts and add RSS feeds • Curated bedtime stories, meditation, white noise, ASMR, English listening, talk shows, and regional charts • Resume automatically from where you stopped • Smart sorting for series and standalone episodes ◎ AMBIENT SCENES, RELAXATION & FOCUS • Open the app to an atmosphere of sound and visuals • Switch among cicada summer nights, rain by the window, morning birdsong, and more; set a custom duration • Unwind with box breathing or 4-7-8 breathing • Use Focus mode for work, study, and reading ◎ AI SLEEP ANALYSIS AI sleep analysis compares multiple nights with your personal baseline, using scores, estimated stages, awakenings, and Night Sounds summaries for personalized analysis and suggestions. View weekly and monthly trends. ◎ MENTAL WELLNESS CHECKS PHQ-9, DBAS-16, and other established questionnaires support self-reflection; they do not replace professional diagnosis. ◎ MUSIC ALARM (iOS 26+) Wake to music that gently fades in. Set multiple alarms, smart public-holiday or alternating-week schedules, and labels for wake-up, naps, medication, going out, pickups, workouts, and more. About

Replapse

Features

Replapse is a workout tracker built around how you actually train, not how an app thinks you should. You decide what to track. For every exercise you pick the metrics that matter to you, whether that is weight and reps, hold time, rest, resistance band, angle, or the leg position on a front lever. If a metric is not useful to you, it is not on the screen. The result is a log that fits your training instead of forcing your training to fit the log. Log a full session the way it really happens. Mark warmups separately from working sets. Add drop sets and supersets to any set. Build circuits and run them for as many rounds as you want. Put a warmup section before your main work. Save your own workout templates, or start from an empty one and add exercises as you go. It works for the gym and for calisthenics in the same place. Track barbell and dumbbell lifts, and bodyweight work like pull ups, dips, handstands and front levers, without switching apps. Recovery matters as much as the training itself, so Replapse also tracks HRV. Take a reading and watch the trend over time so you have a real sense of how rested you are before a hard session. You can log your bodyweight too, which means your strength, your recovery and your weight all sit in one profile instead of three separate apps. HRV readings are taken with a Bluetooth heart rate monitor, like a Polar H10, a Garmin or Wahoo strap, or any standard Bluetooth chest strap. Pair one, take a reading, and your recovery data sits next to the rest of your training. Everything stays on your device. No account, no sign up, no cloud. Your training is yours and it never leaves your phone. Create a profile in a few seconds and start logging straight away. If other people share your device, add a profile for each of them and keep everyone's history separate. Replapse is for people who want a complete picture of their training and the freedom to track it their own way. What you can do: Pick your own metrics for every exercise Log warmups, working sets, drop sets and supersets Build circuits with multiple rounds Create warmup sections and your own templates Track gym and calisthenics side by side Record HRV and follow your recovery over time Log bodyweight and watch it change Measure HRV with a Bluetooth heart rate monitor Keep multiple profiles on one device Use it fully offline with no account
