Most habit apps ask what you want to achieve. Seed asks what you could manage on your worst day. That number is your floor. Clear it and today counts, no matter what else happened. A FLOOR, NOT A GOAL Set a target if you like, but only the floor decides. If 100 push-ups is the goal, your floor might be 1. On the day everything falls apart, one is enough. NO STREAKS TO BREAK Missing a day doesn't reset anything to zero. Seed looks at the last 30 days and asks whether you kept it more often than not. A majority, not a streak. A TREE FOR EVERY HABIT Every check-in you log moves a habit one step forward — seed, sprout, stem, branch, young tree, tree, blossom, fruit. Trees never shrink. A missed day simply doesn't move them. TWO TAPS AND TODAY IS DONE Checking in is the whole interaction. Add a count, run a timer, or write a line only when you feel like it. WHAT'S INSIDE • Habits to build, and habits to avoid • A floor for each habit, with an optional target • Timer for time-based habits • Journal with notes and photos • Calendar of every day you cleared the floor • Rest days that don't count against you • Backfill a check-in you forgot • Local reminders at a time you choose • Your day starts at 4 AM, so a late workout still counts as today • Dark and light themes • Over 50 habit presets to start from PRIVATE FROM THE START Use Seed right away, no account required. Add Sign in with Apple later and nothing is lost. Delete your account and everything goes with it, with no copies kept. Plant a small habit. One small habit planted today becomes a whole forest.
