30 day free trial then 99¢ a month or $7.99 a year Build self-esteem with daily affirmations. Includes five basic affirmations plus five personal affirmations you create for your own goals. Affirmations Basic & Personal Almost everyone can benefit from a boost in self-esteem, especially those working toward personal growth or recovery. "Positive thinking will let you do everything better than negative thinking will." — Zig Ziglar "Before you can change your thinking, you have to change what goes into your mind." — Zig Ziglar Affirmations Basic & Personal provides five simple daily affirmations designed to help strengthen self-esteem and encourage positive thinking. You can also create five Personal Affirmations focused on your own goals, whether you're working toward recovery, quitting smoking, eating healthier, reducing stress, or making other positive life changes. Need ideas? Ask Siri: "Hey Siri, show me some positive affirmations to help me quit drinking... stop smoking... eat healthier..." For best results, read each affirmation aloud five times before moving to the next one. Practice this exercise every day, preferably at the beginning of your day. Whenever negative thoughts begin to take over, open the app and repeat your affirmations. Over time, this simple habit can help replace negative thought patterns with positive ones. Personal growth takes time, patience, and consistent effort. Let this app be one small step on your journey. "Sometimes the thing holding you back is all in your head." Why I Created This App I first learned about affirmations in 1985 while attending a retreat at the Cenacle Retreat House in Warrenville, Illinois. Over the years I discovered that affirmations were an effective way to replace what many in recovery call "stinkin' thinkin'" with positive, constructive thoughts. I originally created this app to help my grandchildren, and anyone else seeking a better life, build confidence and support their recovery journey. I'm grateful to say that affirmations have been an important part of my own sobriety. My last drink was May 30, 1979. If I can do it, you can too. I wish you success, peace, and strength on your journey. Questions, suggestions, or comments? Please email, call or text the Joe Lynn Hotline at 253-JOE-LYNN (253-563-5966). Email: JoeLynn@gmail.com

You've got this. Sometimes you just need to hear it. Got This sends you a short affirmation a few times a day — a steady, kind voice in a noisy phone. Open the app for today's line, see it on your Lock Screen before you've unlocked anything, or let it come to you as a gentle notification, right when your day needs it. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT • Free and generous. The full daily practice — 420 affirmations, reminders, favorites, widgets, write-your-own — is free. No subscription screen between you and a kind word. • Completely private. No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no ads, no servers. Everything happens on your device. We couldn't read your data if we wanted to — there's nothing to read. • Calm by design. A quiet count of your days, never a guilt trip — no red badges, no nagging. Just words that help, when you want them. HOW IT WORKS • Affirmation of the day — one steady line each morning, the same one in the app and on your widgets, plus shuffle when you need another. • Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets — today's affirmation where you'll see it first, refreshed every morning. • Reminders, your way — one to ten a day, evenly spaced across the hours you choose. Quiet before your morning coffee and after lights out. • Six themes — Confidence, Calm, Gratitude, Motivation, Self-Love, and Resilience. Narrow the pool to what today calls for: calm for an anxious morning, motivation for a slow one. • Write your own — your words join the daily rotation, the reminders, and the widgets. • Favorites — keep the lines that land, and find them again when you need them most. • Share — send the right words to someone who needs them. • Your practice — days in a row and a month of dots, shown quietly in Saved. It only ever shows what you did. • In English and Spanish — the whole library, the app, and the widgets. GOT THIS PLUS Three more themes — Work & Focus, Evening, and Hard Seasons — for a one-time price. No subscription, ever. Everything that's free stays free. Written to sound like a steady friend, not a poster. Four hundred and twenty affirmations, seventy in every theme, growing with every update. You've got this. Every day.
