Snap a photo of your meal — Snacky helps you count calories, protein, fat, and carbs. Keep a food diary, track water and weight, and talk about your nutrition with an AI assistant that takes your entries and goals into account. LOG FOOD YOUR WAY Take a meal photo, choose one from your gallery, or simply describe what you ate. For packaged foods, scan the label or look up the barcode. You can also search the food database — choose the easiest way to log each meal. CREATE AND SAVE YOUR OWN DISHES Build a dish from ingredients or enter calories and macros yourself. AI can help generate an ingredient list from the dish name and create an image. Add your own photo or an emoji, save favorites, and quickly find dishes in your history. UNDERSTAND YOUR NUTRITION See calories and macros for each dish and ingredient. Edit ingredients, portion weight, and nutritional values, or ask AI to update the details. Get a dish rating on a five-point scale, explanations, and suggestions for improving it. KEEP A DIARY WITH LESS EFFORT Organize dishes by meal, choose the entry date, and revisit previous days in the calendar. Daily totals show how much you have eaten and what is left toward your calorie and macro goals. SET GOALS THAT FIT YOU Choose to lose, gain, or maintain weight. Snacky calculates daily targets based on your personal details and activity. Set calorie and macro goals and choose your eating style: balanced, low-carb, keto, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, or Mediterranean. TALK NUTRITION WITH YOUR AI ASSISTANT “What should I have for dinner?” or “How can I get more protein today?” — ask questions with your diary as context. Get meal and swap ideas, save suggested dishes to your diary, and revisit past chats. You decide whether to accept the assistant’s suggested goal changes. Choose a tone that suits you: caring, scientific, ironic, or strict. REFLECT ON YOUR DAY Get an evening nutrition review based on your logged meals: how the day went, what worked, and what to focus on tomorrow. Continue the conversation with your assistant right in the chat. NOTICE YOUR PROGRESS AND HABITS See calories, macros, water, steps, weight, and BMI in one overview. Explore charts across different periods, your weight history, and progress toward your goal. Detailed insights help you compare weeks and months, explore calorie and protein sources, meal timing, and weight changes. Discuss findings with AI directly from insight cards. TRACK WATER AND ACTIVITY Log water by the glass, bottle, or milliliter, and set daily water and step goals. Connect Apple Health to read your step count and sync water entries. KEEP WHAT MATTERS IN SIGHT Add Snacky widgets to your Home Screen and Lock Screen. Check calories, macros, water, and steps in a format that works for you, without opening the app. SAVE AND SHARE YOUR DIARY Export entries for a day, a week, or a selected period as a PDF, image, Markdown, or CSV for Excel. Keep the report for yourself or share it. Start with your next meal — take a photo or add it manually.
