This is a space to hold the details of your prolactinoma journey. Keep track of prolactin levels,appointments, how you're feeling, and everything in between. I built this app after my own prolactinoma diagnosis, when I needed a dedicated place to track results, appointments, periods, medications, symptoms, and the questions I kept forgetting to ask. There's a real person on the other side of this project. ProlactiTrack isn't medical advice and it doesn't replace your care team, but I hope it helps you feel a little less alone and a lot more organized. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK: • Prolactin levels and dates • Prolactinoma size and when it was assessed, so you can see change over time • Doctor appointments • Menstrual periods, including months when you had no period • Medications and dosages • Symptoms • General notes for anything else SAFETY AND PRIVACY: All entries stay on your device in protected local storage, encrypted by iOS when your phone is locked.
