I built this app after my own prolactinoma diagnosis, when I needed a dedicated place to track results, appointments, periods, medications, symptoms, and the questions I kept forgetting to ask. There's a real person on the other side of this project. ProlactiTrack isn't medical advice and it doesn't replace your care team, but I hope it helps you feel a little less alone and a lot more organized.
