Keel
Read full descriptionHide full description
Keel is an ADHD toolkit for adults who already have the diagnosis. Doses, side effects, hyperfocus, and the hard moments live in one place on your iPhone. See when a medicine is kicking in and wearing off. Log what your body does on that dose. Notice a long hyperfocus stretch. Work through a spike in a private journal. Export a summary when a clinician, HR, or school needs one. Medication Log a dose and Keel draws an estimated curve for the day: rising, peak, and wear-off. The timing starts from the medicine you take. Change it if your body disagrees. The curve is an estimate you can show someone. It is not medical advice. Side effects Check in on appetite, sleep, mood, and whatever else you notice. A few days in, trends sit next to the dose, so the next appointment starts from a record. Hyperfocus Keel can notice a long stretch in one app and ask whether you want a break. It uses Screen Time and motion on this iPhone. It does not read what you typed, watched, or wrote. Hard moments A short journal for the spike. How big it feels, where you feel it, and what else might be true. Keel looks for a pattern with the time of day and your doses after a few entries. Paperwork Build a treatment summary, a workplace accommodation note, or a school support page. You pick the audience and what is included. Medication names stay in the clinician version. On this iPhone Keel has no account. Your doses, check-ins, and journal stay on the phone. Nothing is sent unless you export it. Not medicated right now? Skip the dose log. Hyperfocus, the journal, and your records still work. Keel does not diagnose ADHD, prescribe medicine, or replace your clinician. Verdict
The clearest difference is device support: eFitLog at 3 against Keel's 1. eFitLog also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. eFitLog sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month and Keel sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
