Pfitt is the app personal trainers and their clients use together. FOR TRAINERS • Build workout plans in minutes. Type exercises in short form with Quick add, or start from a ready-made plan. • Plans are "days per week", not fixed weekdays, so clients train when it suits them. • See who needs you today: who is behind, who just finished, who to cheer on. • Review every workout: sets, weights, how it felt, and the client's own set videos. • Follow each client's nutrition, weight, steps and progress photos. • Chat with clients, send videos, and keep track of payments and dues. • Use the same account on the Pfitt web app for bigger screens. FOR CLIENTS • Open the app and see your next workout, your steps, your weight and your food for the day. • Log sets quickly, with a rest timer that stays on your Lock Screen. • Film a set and send it to your trainer for feedback. • Log meals by photo, barcode, nutrition label or text. • Track weight, steps and progress photos, and see your lifts improve over time. • Share a workout card when you finish. AI FOOD LOGGING Take a photo of your meal and Pfitt estimates the calories and macros. A few scans are free every day; the AI Nutrition subscription gives you more. APPLE HEALTH With your permission, Pfitt reads steps, weight and active calories from Apple Health, and saves the weight you log back to it. Pfitt works in dark and light mode and follows your phone's setting.
