Evotren is a practical encyclopedia for fitness trainers and movement professionals. It helps you find reliable information during a session and choose a clear next step. Inside the app: • applied physiology and anatomy; • an exercise library; • musculoskeletal assessment tests; • joint range-of-motion references; • materials on pain, recovery, periodization, and coaching practice; • unified search across the knowledge base; • “What should I do now?” and a Situation Navigator with concise action paths. The diagnostic grid helps you work with client photos directly on the device. You can overlay a grid and reference lines, automatically detect key body points, measure angles, and move, scale, or rotate an image. Original photos are not sent to Evotren servers, EXIF metadata is removed, and temporary copies are deleted within 48 hours. The interface and materials are available in Russian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic, Hindi, and Simplified Chinese. All currently available content is free to access in this version. Evotren is intended for professional and educational use. It does not provide a medical diagnosis and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

About

Unitrack

Keep your own program. Unitrack suggests today's weights and reps for every set, shows the reason in the same row, and leaves the final say to you. A NUMBER. A REASON. YOUR CALL. See the suggested weight and reps for each set, an arrow when they change, and the reason next to them. Tap the check to accept the hint and log the set, or tap a number to enter your own. MAKE ROOM FOR TODAY Tell Unitrack how you feel before your workout: Rough, Meh, Good or Great. You get a plan for today: Ready to push, Same as planned, A bit lighter today or Rest day. The adjustment applies to today only and does not rewrite your program. Change your answer to override it. A bad day is not a failure. YOUR PLAN, YOUR WAY Build workout days with supersets and drop sets, or start a free workout. New to planning? Choose how many days you train, and Unitrack builds a starter plan. Got a plan from your coach? Paste the text or open a CSV or Excel file, check the result and save it as your plan. LOG THE SET. TAKE YOUR REST. Your rest timer stays in view on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island on supported iPhones, and a notification with a sound tells you when rest is over. The Home Screen widget shows your next workout and this week's progress. PROGRESS YOU CAN READ Look back at every workout. Follow the strength line for each exercise and see your personal records. Keep a weekly streak and pause it when you're ill or away. Share a workout card to Instagram Stories, and export your workouts as a CSV file at any time. CYCLE, IF YOU WANT IT Turn on the optional cycle layer to see your cycle day and phase next to your training. Your phase never changes your weights or reps. It adds context to hard days and a warm-up note for knee-heavy lifts. Dates and phases are estimates. APPLE HEALTH Save finished workouts to Apple Health. Read your logged periods for the cycle layer, see last night's sleep and HRV on Today, and find strength workouts from other apps to bring over. Every permission is optional. COMING FROM STRONG OR HEVY? Bring your workout history from a Strong or Hevy export. The file is read on your iPhone, and weights logged in pounds are converted to kilograms. AN ACCOUNT, IF YOU WANT ONE You can log workouts, build plans and see your history without an account. Sign in with Apple or with a code sent to your email to get weight and rep suggestions, Apple Health and history import, and to sync between your iPhones. Delete your account at any time in Settings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No ads, no tracking. Your data is never sold. Without an account, your training data stays on your iPhone. With an account, it is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Apple Health data stays on your iPhone. The app sends usage statistics, such as which screens and features are used, never your weights, reps, exercise names, period dates or health values; you can turn them off in Settings. If you choose, you can let your new workouts help improve Unitrack's suggestions; you can withdraw at any time. FREE NOW, PRO LATER Unitrack is free. A paid Pro plan will come later. If you download Unitrack before Pro launches, you get 12 months of Pro free when it arrives. No payment details needed, and nothing renews automatically. Weights are in kilograms. Suggestions are training tips, not medical advice.
