Workout Wanderer turns the workouts already in Apple Health into interactive route maps, then shows you where on the route you sped up, climbed, pushed your heart rate or lost your form. Workout Wanderer doesn't record workouts. Keep using Apple Watch or your favorite workout app: anything that saves workouts to Apple Health shows up here. HEAT MAPS ON YOUR ROUTE Eight heat maps color the route itself: • Heart rate, by zone • Pace • Grade-adjusted pace • Elevation • Cadence • Running power • Vertical oscillation • Effort, from power and body weight On iPad, drag the legend anywhere on the map, and it remembers its spot for each heat map. DEEP WORKOUT ANALYSIS • Kilometer or mile splits with pace, heart rate, elevation and cadence, with your best and worst splits highlighted • Elevation profile and pace chart • Time in each heart-rate zone, based on your age or a maximum heart rate you set • Compare workouts side by side: performance, heart rate, power, route similarity and insights TRENDS AND PERSONAL RECORDS Workout Wanderer analyzes your whole workout history on your device and follows your trends for each activity. Personal records include longest distance, fastest 5K, fastest 10K, most elevation gain and fastest average pace. EVERY ROUTE ON ONE MAP See all your routes together, then pick one to dig in. NOTES, FAVORITES AND EXPORT • Add a note to any workout • Favorite the workouts you keep coming back to • Filter your history by activity, date, distance and favorites • Export a workout as GPX, CSV or JSON, or share a route summary WIDGETS AND SIRI • Home Screen widgets for your last workout and this week's totals • Ask Siri "What was my last workout in Workout Wanderer?", "Show my week in Workout Wanderer" or "Show my records in Workout Wanderer", or have it open your last route BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD On iPad, browse your history in the sidebar while the map and workout details sit side by side. ACCESSIBLE VoiceOver labels throughout, support for large text sizes, and Reduce Motion respected. Available in English, French, German, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Spanish, in kilometers or miles. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your workouts are analyzed on your device • No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking • Read-only access to Apple Health: Workout Wanderer never writes to or changes your Health data Works best with GPS workouts such as runs, walks, hikes and rides. Heart rate, cadence, power and vertical oscillation appear when your devices recorded them.
