Contigress is a goal-continuation app for the goals you keep starting, forgetting, delaying, or giving up on. It is not about proving you are perfectly disciplined. Most people stop because motivation naturally rises and falls, life gets busy, progress becomes invisible, and continuing alone is hard. Contigress helps you keep the goal alive. Create a goal, choose who can see it, check in with progress, and receive gentle support from people who understand. You can keep goals private, share them with selected supporters, or post them to the community. What you can do with Contigress: • Create goals you genuinely want to continue • Choose visibility for each goal • Track progress with text, photos, mood, and progress percentage • Set a check-in rhythm that fits your life • Receive support and comments on shared goals • Save goals you want to follow • Restart without shame when you stop for a while • Complete goals and look back on the journey • Delete or edit your own goals, updates, photos, and comments Contigress is built for real life: not perfect streaks, not pressure, not public performance. Whether your goal is going to the gym, sleeping earlier, saving money, studying, reducing phone use, building a business, or restarting something you abandoned, Contigress gives you a place to return to. You do not have to do it alone.
