CrewKeeper is jobsite record-keeping built by a contractor — not a software company. Track crew hours, run equipment inspections, document safety meetings, and hand over a clean PDF, right from your phone, the moment it happens. Small construction crews run on paper, memory, and end-of-week guesswork. CrewKeeper replaces all of it with fast, real-time entry you'll actually keep up with. CREW HOURS IN SECONDS • Set the day's hours for the whole crew at once, then adjust the exceptions. • Log time as work happens — not from memory on Friday. • See who's on site with jobsite arrival and departure. EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS • Daily and weekly checklists for lifts, forklifts, cranes, vehicles, and more. • Build your own inspection lists for any equipment type. • Catch problems before they become downtime — with a record to prove it. SAFETY & DOCUMENTATION • Run and document safety meetings — bilingual, so every crew member understands. • Report incidents with photos and signatures. • Walk jobsite audits that keep the whole crew accountable. ISSUE TRACKING • Flag problems on site and follow them through to resolution. PROFESSIONAL PDF REPORTS • Every record becomes a clean, branded PDF — timesheets, inspections, incidents. • Ready to send to your office, your GC, or your files. BUILT FOR TEAMS • Invite your foremen and crew — everyone's work syncs automatically. • Or use it solo, completely free. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your data lives in your own iCloud. We run no servers and never see it. • Works on iPhone and iPad, online or off. IN YOUR CREW'S LANGUAGE • Fully available in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. PRICING • Solo use is free, forever. • Add your team with a simple subscription — the owner pays, the crew never does. CrewKeeper keeps the record, so you don't have to.
