Pre-task plans, signed on the phone. New in this version: • Pre-Task Plans: one plan per activity from the day's timesheet — tasks, hazards and precautions — read on the device in each crew member's own language, signed by the crew in any order, attested by the foreman, filed to the job folder and emailed to the contractor as a PDF. Comments are drafted into every language the crew reads. • Safety meetings are signed the same way: topic and talking points as cards, each crew member's comment under their name, the presenter's attestation, and a signed PDF that files itself. • Sending… / Sent: sharing a timesheet now shows whether it has reached the office, and keeps sending after you pocket the phone. • Site Photos: take jobsite photos and browse a project's gallery; photos are kept in the company's Dropbox. • Departure correction: when the foreman leaves the site, the crew's out time can be corrected to match. Job sites can require Location set to Always. • Weather on the timesheet projected to midday, with gusts, chance of rain and heat index. • Retire a task so it drops off every picker without touching past sheets. Prepare Languages downloads translation packs at the office before the huddle. • Joining a team asks for your name first and tells you when your request has been sent; invitations are for invited people only. • Plus a range of fixes and refinements throughout. Built on the tailgate, not in an office.
