Health Diary
Read full descriptionHide full description
A notebook for your health. Yours alone, and only on your phone. Health Diary is where you write down the things that concern you: the appointments you had, the values from your lab reports, your weight, the medicines you take, your allergies. Like a paper diary, but made for these things. NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER There is no sign-up and no login. Everything you write stays in your phone's storage: it is never sent anywhere, we never see it and nobody else does. There is nothing to set up. PHOTOGRAPH THE REPORT Take a photo or load the PDF of your lab work: the app recognises the values and fills them in for you, showing what it read before saving. Recognition happens on the phone and the document never leaves the device. APPLE HEALTH If you like, import weight, blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, oxygen saturation, body temperature, body fat and workouts from the Apple Health app through HealthKit. Read-only: the app never writes anything to Health, and iOS asks for your permission first. YOUR VALUES OVER TIME Every parameter shows the latest value, the history and a trend chart, with your laboratory's own reference ranges. You can compare two reports and see what changed. FOLLOW ONE THING FROM START TO FINISH The clinical diary gathers therapies, appointments, lab tests, exams and your own updates into a single thread. YOUR SHAPE Weight goals, body measurements, BMI, meal plans, progress photos and workouts, with routines you save once and recall when you need them. DON'T FORGET Reminders for upcoming appointments, for medicines at the right times, for when a pack is running out and for the check-ups that come back every year. YOUR VACCINATION RECORD Every vaccine with date, dose and batch. Overdue and upcoming boosters at the top, and a reminder one week before. WHEN IT MATTERS FAST The emergency card shows blood type, severe allergies, current therapies and who to call, in two taps. TO BRING TO YOUR DOCTOR A summary PDF with lab tests, therapies, allergies and exams, to show or to print. THE DATA IS YOURS A full backup in a file you keep wherever you like, optionally password protected. CSV export. If you change phone, it comes with you. THE FULL UNLOCK One purchase, no subscription. It includes: the PDF report for your doctor, statistics and charts, medication reminders, recurring check-ups, family profiles, more attachments and videos, importing from Health as often as you like, a code lock on parts of the diary, the yearly medical-expense summary, and reading several reports at once. It also includes the report for a specialist, receipts read by the scanner, and moving a profile to another phone. SEEING AND READING COMFORTABLY Dark mode, following your phone or set by hand, and three text sizes: when the lettering grows, boxes and spacing grow with it, so nothing overlaps. Available in Italian, English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese. On iPhone and iPad. Health Diary is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not provide diagnosis, medical advice or treatment, it does not interpret your values and it does not replace the opinion of a healthcare professional. For any question about your health, speak to your doctor.
