Cap — take back control, one day at a time Cap is an anonymous tracking app built for anyone who wants to take back control over an addiction or a compulsive habit: tobacco, alcohol, cannabis, gambling, screens, social media, video games, compulsive shopping, food — or any other behavior you want to change. No traditional account, no email, no password, no judgment. You get into the app with a simple, automatically generated secret code (for example "fox-calm-river-moon-42"), and that's it: your privacy belongs entirely to you, from day one to the last. Every day you get through without giving in moves your counter forward. And if you slip one day? Cap doesn't punish you, and it doesn't erase anything. Here, a relapse never resets your history to zero — it's simply part of the journey, just like the good days. You just carry on, with every one of your stats intact, without having to start all over again. Standout features: Multi-behavior tracking: follow several addictions or habits in parallel, each with its own history and its own day counter. Honest streak counter: your consecutive clean days, front and center on a clear dashboard, never brutally reset by a slip. Daily journal: log your mood, rate your craving intensity on a 1-to-10 scale, and jot a few free words about your day to better understand your triggers. Craving-relief activities: when an urge hits, the app suggests quick activities to help you ride it out until it passes. Detailed statistics: progress over time, estimated money saved, comparison against the community average. 100% anonymous sign-in: no email, no phone number, no social account — just a secret code only you know, which you can regenerate anytime. Fully bilingual app (French / English), with instant switching from any screen. Clean, warm, calming design, built to support you without ever making you feel guilty. Cap is not a medical device and does not replace professional care or therapeutic support. It's a discreet companion, available anytime, to help you stay the course, one day at a time — and to get back up as many times as you need to.
