Your nutritionist gave you a meal plan. NutriRoutine puts it in front of you, meal by meal, at the right time, and helps you organize what goes with it: groceries, pantry, water, weight, workouts. YOUR NEXT MEAL, ALWAYS IN VIEW Today shows your next meal with foods, quantities and a countdown. With the Live Activity you see it on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and mark it "Eaten" without opening the app. Tapped by mistake? Undo with one tap. ENTER YOUR PLAN ONCE One day at a time, with your meals and times, bedtime snack included. Nearly two thousand foods: type the grams or count servings ("4 rusks", "2 eggs", "1 can"), drinks in millilitres, raw or cooked weights. Group foods the way your nutritionist wrote them ("Main course", with a reference total), add alternatives ("chicken or cod"), reorder with Move up and down, copy from yesterday or to all days. A food is missing? Add it yourself, with its label values. Write down what to do after a cheat meal too: the next day you find it in Today. Previous plans stay in the archive and can be exported and imported as files; to change one you edit a copy. TODAY'S CHOICE When a food has alternatives, pick today's one with a tap in Today or in the meal detail: totals and groceries follow your choice, for that day only. SWAP, CHEAT, SWITCH Your nutritionist's rules only suggest the allowed alternatives, for the whole meal or a single ingredient. With "Other" you log what you actually ate, also when eating out. A cheat meal is logged with what you ate and how much: it counts in the totals as "off plan". Need to switch two days? Swap them for the current week, with times and reminders. INDICATIVE VALUES, NOT TARGETS Calories, protein, carbs and fat for each meal, group and day, from the Italian CREA 2019 tables and USDA FoodData Central, with sources shown. Estimates, not targets. GROCERIES AND PANTRY Prepare your shopping for tomorrow, three days or the week: check off what you have, the rest goes on the list with day and meal. Cans and jars by package. List by day or by aisle, ready to share. If your pantry already has what you need, the item shows "You have it"; if the stock doesn't cover the meal, Today says "not enough". The pantry works like a stock: purchases go in, eaten meals subtract. BARCODE AND "YOUR BRAND" Scan a product: the app looks up only that barcode on Open Food Facts. Use it as "your brand" instead of the generic food. Not there? Enter the label by hand and, if you like, share it with Open Food Facts. WATER Your goal, glass size and time window, with reminders that adapt to what you've already drunk. WEIGHT AND CHECK-UPS Starting and current weight, a chart, your check-ups with the nutritionist and a reminder the day before. WORKOUTS Your trainer's plan: reps or time, sets and rests, also as a circuit. A big timer, "Get ready" with a 3-2-1, beeps and sounds (never on silent), "Next: …", a nudge to drink and a Live Activity. Supplements prescribed by your nutritionist, with reminders before, after or at a set time. WIDGETS, NOTIFICATIONS, SIRI Home and Lock Screen widgets, meal reminders with quick actions, Siri and Shortcuts. On iPhone and iPad. HOW IT WORKS A short guide with screenshots of the app, at first launch and under You. PRIVATE No account, no ads, no analytics. Your data stays on your device and, with iCloud sync (off whenever you want), in your private iCloud. Full backup to a file. IMPORTANT NutriRoutine does not create diets or give advice: it helps you follow the plan you received from a licensed professional and does not replace a doctor or nutritionist. For healthy adults. Nutrition values are indicative.
