Hybrid Flow is the training app for HYROX and hybrid athletes who want to control their rhythm, not just their time. TRAIN WITH A METRONOME Build sessions with runs, ergs, wall balls, sleds and rests, and give each block its own cadence. The metronome and voice cues keep you on pace, even with the screen locked. Or start from the HYROX templates β€” full simulation, compromised running, sleds, ergs and wall balls β€” with the official weights for your division. FIND YOUR OPTIMAL CADENCE The cadence test runs stages of rising or falling cadence at a constant effort while it records your heart rate. Hybrid Flow finds the cadence where your heart works least, the optimal zone around it and your cardiac drift, and sets it as your metronome with one tap. MEASURE YOUR CADENCE BY TAPPING Tap along to any movement to get its BPM and how consistent you are. SEE WHERE YOU LOSE PACE Every result shows the time of each block and round, the drop-off from the first round to the last, the comparison with your previous run, your personal records and your heart rate per block. APPLE WATCH Train from your wrist with the metronome, the countdown and a big live heart rate. Results reach your iPhone on their own. Or keep the iPhone as your screen and get heart rate from your Apple Watch or a Bluetooth chest strap. ON ALL YOUR DEVICES Sessions, results, analyses and tests sync with iCloud across your iPhone and iPad, and workouts are saved in Apple Health. FREE AND PRO Free: unlimited cadence analyses, 1 saved session and 30 days of history. Hybrid Flow Pro unlocks unlimited sessions and every HYROX template, your full history, drop-off and comparisons, live heart rate, the cadence test and the Apple Watch app. Choose monthly, annual (with a one-week free trial) or lifetime. About

Inner Light

Inner Light is an alarm that opens into a morning. At the hour you choose, your phone plays a melody you have not heard before β€” through Silent mode and Sleep Focus, because it is a real alarm. What it opens into is not a snooze button. THE FIRST MINUTE ASKS FOR NOTHING The screen comes up from near-black to dawn while a calm voice says four things, none of them an instruction. Good morning. There's no hurry. Let your eyes open when they want to. Nothing is measured and nothing is timed. Waking takes fifteen to thirty minutes and no app shortens it, so this one keeps you company instead. THEN IT ASKS FOR ONE SMILE That is the whole of it. The bell draws away when you smile, and the morning is done. You can go and have your day. ONE WORD FOR THE MORNING Then one word for how you are: bright, steady, calm, soft, slow, sleepy, full or restless. Or say a sentence instead; it is turned into text on your phone and nowhere else. AND THE PRACTICE WAITS Your breath and your waking pulse are offered afterwards, with a Later beside them. Six minutes, whenever you want them β€” or not at all. The thing that insists asks for the least; what asks for more cannot insist. TEN TRADITIONS, 250 PRACTICES Reiki, the hands-on Japanese practice. Pranayama, the breath. Qigong, slow movement. Bhavana, cultivating the mind. Hatha, postures and long holds. Nada Yoga, sound and listening. LΓΆyly, heat and cold. Nidra, sleep and deep rest. Shinrin-yoku, light and slow attention. Notes to Self, the Stoic journal brought up to date. YOUR FIELD, TWENTY-ONE DAYS Practices from seven traditions that describe a field of energy around the body, one a day for three weeks: Ki breathing, the Taoist inner smile and small circuit, Reiki's gassho and Cho Ku Rei, a shamanic drum journey, Naqshbandi breath presence, a singing bowl bath, Ho'oponopono. One day watches your heart rise and fall with your breath, live, through the camera. The tradition's account of the field is offered as experience; what the app measures is your pulse. ONE IMAGE A DAY A room, the weather, a river, a shore: a place to picture each day in Notes to Self, written down and brought back to the day in one line. A MONTH OF YOUR OWN MORNINGS Each morning is one line: your waking pulse, its word, and that you were there. A month of them reads as a shape β€” one you begin to recognise. A waking pulse moves with sleep, a late meal, a cold coming on; this is for noticing your own shape over weeks, and it is not a medical measurement. HONEST BY DESIGN Traditional practices are named as traditional. Evidence-based ones cite their sources inside the app. Practices involving cold, heat, breath retention or movement carry plain safety notes. Nothing here treats or cures anything, and none of it replaces care from a health professional. PRIVATE BY DESIGN The smile is read on your device and the frame discarded. The pulse reads light through a fingertip and keeps only the number. One practice listens for your out-breath and measures loudness alone. A sentence you choose to say about your morning is turned into text on the device. No audio is recorded or sent anywhere. Your history stays on your phone. No account, no sign-up, no tracking. FREE AND PAID Every tradition keeps one practice free, forever β€” ten in all, and the morning offers you a different one each day. The alarm, the morning, your calendar of mornings, the first three days of Your Field and the daily image are free and stay free. Unlock a single tier for its traditions, or All-Access for all 250 practices, every soundscape and your full history.
