Bipolar support made simple. When words are hard, getting help should still feel easy. In The Zone helps people living with bipolar disorder stay connected with the people who support them most, to spot early mood changes together. Most mental health apps focus on mood tracking alone. This app strengthens your trusted support circle with loved ones (family, partners, friends) or clinicians, to share simple daily check-ins together. Core Features - Shared support: Invite your trusted “tribe” to share your journey. - Easy daily check-ins: just swipe “Are you OK?” - Notify your tribe: send and receive notifications to stay in the loop - Early intervention: spot signs of mania or depression and act together before escalation - Built with lived experience. Designed alongside people diagnosed with bipolar disorder, support circles, and clinicians. Say less. Signal more. Get support sooner.

Eunoia Signals is a personal mood tracking and pattern awareness tool designed for people who want to understand their mental states over time — especially those managing bipolar disorder or monitoring for signs of hypomania or mania. CHECK IN DAILY Log your mood state, energy level, and how you're feeling with a quick check-in. Add optional notes and tags like "Racing thoughts," "High energy," or "Reduced sleep need" to capture nuance without effort. UNDERSTAND YOUR SIGNAL As your check-in history builds, Eunoia Signals surfaces a personal signal score based on your patterns. It combines what you self-report with optional biometric data from Apple Health to give you a fuller picture of where you are right now — and where you've been trending. BIOMETRIC SUPPORT Connect Apple Health to layer in physiological signals: sleep duration, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, step count, active energy, and respiratory rate. All compared to your personal baseline, not population averages. TREND OVER TIME The Trends tab shows your mood and activation history as a chart so you can see patterns across days and weeks — not just today. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your notes are never read or transmitted. All scoring happens on-device. HealthKit data never leaves your phone. Research data sharing is optional and fully opt-in — you can turn it off at any time in Settings. NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE Eunoia Signals is a personal awareness tool, not a diagnostic instrument. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for clinical decisions.
