Most mood trackers feel like homework. Dotyo feels like a deep breath. No scores. No judgment. Just colors. We built Dotyo because we were tired of wellness apps that demand your attention, guilt-trip you for breaking streaks, and ask you to choose between 47 complex emotions when you're already exhausted. Your emotional journey is not a to-do list, and missing a day is perfectly okay. So we stripped the noise away. In Dotyo, you only have three honest choices: Good, Okay, or Tough. Tap one. Add a tag, leave a note, or don't. Move on with your day in 3 seconds. That's all. Watch your year fill with color, one dot at a time. Your calendar turns into a quiet, beautiful map of your life. No overwhelming graphs or toxic positivity. Just clean, visual patterns that help you understand yourself better without overthinking. Everything you need, nothing you don't: • Year and monthly views — your life in colors • Quiet insights that reveal patterns over time • Home screen widget to log in one tap • Beautiful themes to make the space yours • Export your data anytime Your privacy is a feature, not an afterthought. Your data stays strictly on your device, backed up to your own iCloud, and locked safely behind Face ID forever. We don't track, sell, or analyze your feelings. Ever. Dotyo doesn't judge your tough days. It just helps you see them — quietly, simply, honestly. Try Premium free for 7 days. Eunoia Signals is a personal mood tracking and pattern awareness tool designed for people who want to understand their mental states over time — especially those managing bipolar disorder or monitoring for signs of hypomania or mania. CHECK IN DAILY Log your mood state, energy level, and how you're feeling with a quick check-in. Add optional notes and tags like "Racing thoughts," "High energy," or "Reduced sleep need" to capture nuance without effort. UNDERSTAND YOUR SIGNAL As your check-in history builds, Eunoia Signals surfaces a personal signal score based on your patterns. It combines what you self-report with optional biometric data from Apple Health to give you a fuller picture of where you are right now — and where you've been trending. BIOMETRIC SUPPORT Connect Apple Health to layer in physiological signals: sleep duration, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, step count, active energy, and respiratory rate. All compared to your personal baseline, not population averages. TREND OVER TIME The Trends tab shows your mood and activation history as a chart so you can see patterns across days and weeks — not just today. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your notes are never read or transmitted. All scoring happens on-device. HealthKit data never leaves your phone. Research data sharing is optional and fully opt-in — you can turn it off at any time in Settings. NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE Eunoia Signals is a personal awareness tool, not a diagnostic instrument. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for clinical decisions.
