Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: EzzVenture at 5.0 against Terrible's+ Rewards's 3.8. EzzVenture also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 weeks). Terrible's+ Rewards's advantage is ratings volume (91 vs 4) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
